Sorry for the delay.
I believe Ayreth was pulling rear duty, so I am guessing H-8. Does that seem likely?
In the future, would it be possible to shorten the map some? In this case, including the original bank where the frogs were puts the letter coordinates far away from the action. Between that and the faint grid lines, I feel as if I am always giving incorrect coordinates.
Also, how long has it been since our last encounter with the frogs? As in, do I need to refresh my armor buff yet? Hour long durations.
GM Right Hand of Doom
Hopefully this map is easier to read, Ayreth.
Yes, you can be on H:8. And yes, you need to refresh your armor buff. After the frogs: There was the discovery of the two dead adventurers in the reeds by the river and the search of their bodies, then the crossing of the river (and Alar's initial scout). Finally, some time has past -- Paul has undertaken 3 very thorough searches of the cave/s to this point and you had the spiked log attack.
Positions in Round 1:
Alar U:5
Wolverine U:6
Gii O:6
Paul O:2
Bart P:6
Yuki S:6
Ayreth H:8
Blue L:7 (If this isn't where you want to be, let us know and we'll move you in the morning. Thanks)

Hey guys, I can't read the map.
Generally this site "Photo Bucket" has issues loading on my computer, and typically it crashes my internet services and I have to restart my internet connection for some reason - but at least I can see the map.
Today it is has been four minutes and the program is still not loaded properly, and it is still "Loading" the image, even though I'm able to access just about any other site.
Anyway, I can't see the map. If I can't see it when I get home, please let me know what's up.
Paul only made one thorough search.
Specifically, he searched for the secret passage for a period of (at maximum) 28 minutes. However, that was the time required to search every single square on the map; unless he found the secret passage last - he wouldn't have taken that long.
When we got to the next room Paul was prepared to search it for almost an hour, but we got attacked after 2 minutes; the other Survival Rolls were only 6 seconds. Since we got into the cave it's been less than 45 minutes all told.
Anyway, I got to go.
EDIT: Photo Bucket has finally "loaded" - it's a black square with advertisements around it and a message telling me that I need to download Media Player software because my computer is unable to properly view the information.
I don't know how that's going to work later, but I guess I'll find out when I get home :)

@Ayreth: Good to hear. You're welcome. :)
Paul, you've had 3 'take 20's' on Perception in the cave system alone (both smaller chamber and now the larger one). Even if it was 45 minutes in the cave by your calculations, the group took some time by the river examining the bodies and then attempting to cross the river and Alar scouting ahead. So definitely more than an hour has passed since the frog attack.
I have uploaded the map to my GoogeDrive now. Hope this works for you, Paul.

Yup, I have no issue with it having been more than an hour. I just wanted to know for sure for updating my status bar. Have to keep track of those resources. I do think I would have made sure to keep it up after the log incident. Seem reasonable?
The google drive map works well for me.

Sorry, I think there was confusion. I know there was more than an hour since the frogs - but I thought you were suggesting more than four hours for some reason. Sorry about that...
Also the map does work, though for some reason it's very small and I'm having a little trouble making out the enemy square to figure out what it is on the map.
I'll hold action for now, until after Yuki and Blue Heron get a chance to go first. If they don't post soon, I'll take my action anyway.
I should have something up in about a few hours in any case; I think I need to sleep a little first, though, work was brutal today.
Anyhow, I'll probably take my cue from the others, at this point I'm not sure if I'm going to shoot to kill, or just try to hurt it is all.
On the plus side, Alar looks like a cute little puff-ball; very fluffy indeed - so that's good times :)

I gave these coordinates last night for everyone.
Alar U:5
Wolverine U:6
Gii O:6
Paul O:2
Bart P:6
Yuki S:6
Ayreth H:8
Blue L:7 (If this isn't where you want to be, let us know and we'll move you in the morning. Thanks)
The Wolverine is on U:6.
And here's Lefty's map also (which was posted, as well). I believe it's big/ clear enough.
Bartholomew Grayson
As I mentioned in my last post he's holding his attack. Bart thinks the Wolverine, or whatever summoned it, could be reasoned with. If the wolverine get's hostile toward him again or any of the other party members he'll full attack it. Do you want me to roll that?
Bartholomew Grayson
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Sorry! Used to a DM that likes asking for that kind of roll when needed. XD Also, Bart did say something when he rushed into the cavern...
Edit: '"Whoa, whoa, easy there! We're not here ta hurt ya. Promise. We were sent ta find the cook, her employer is all worried about her goin missin!"'
Bartholomew Grayson
Alar's AC is currently 27. Mage Armor lasts for a total of five hours when Bart casts it.
Edit: I updated Bart's profile for convience for you hands. I'll keep it up too date with status, health, spells currently active, spells left, and abilities left. That work for you guys?
Bartholomew Grayson
Been meaning to do it for a while, was just puzzling out how to structure it. Decided to copy a friend from another game and go with spoilers, though with different sections. I may have to abbreviate at times because I quite literally ran out of room with that. XD

You may not know it, or have intended it, Ayreth, but you are super rubbing salt in Gii's wounds right now. ;_;
Sorry, not the intention. Unfortunately, it often does not work out the way we intend, though.
Doctor Gii
Gii's not proud of much besides his magic and scholarship, so it was kind of a kick in his pride. I understand Ayreth probably didn't mean anything by it.
Doctor Gii
Oh, whoops. I'm still a little out of it (~6 hours of sleep in the last 48, stupid classwork rush at the beginning of the semester!) and didn't realize.
GM Right Hand of Doom
Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep -- good luck with the class work, Gii. And no worries - just clarifying for my purpose, too. It's also getting late - after 4pm in game -- didn't think your party would head back out of town today.
I'll see what you guys plan on doing via rp. Either way, Leeara will return Gii's cloak once she's inside the inn.
Bartholomew Grayson
I think you misunderstand. It would be Meta-gaming to use the knowledge that the check was Geography. Since Bart can't even make a guess, its just a ball to him, not one that's shaped like a planet or something. Bart knows Paul is good with the lay of the land, but he has no idea that skill would apply to the orb Leeara found. For all he know's its a religious Icon for the cult.
Bartholomew Grayson
Sorry, not trying to argue. I just don't like going anywhere near meta-gaming, especially in pbp games, so I er on the side of caution with it to avoid it. Too close to cheating for my taste.
GM Right Hand of Doom
@Bart: I understand. Cheating isn't my thing either.
General note to all: It's Father's Day here in Oz on Sunday. I will be busy with prep and family all weekend long (from tomorrow - Saturday for me). I will be back on the board and posting from my Monday (your Sunday). That means you have tomorrow and the next day for any social rp (or a rest from the game if you so choose, as the GMs will not be posting) and then we get back into the full swing of things on your Sunday.
Thanks.

GM - I'll be leaving tomorrow (my Friday) sometime during the afternoon (Eastern Standard Time)
I won't be back until Sunday, 7th (Eastern Standard Date) sometime during the evening.
I'm open to gaming until then, though.
Bartholomew Grayson
I'm giving everyone else a chance to reply right now. If no one speaks up in a couple hours I'll have Bart tell what happened.
Paul Antairis
@Paul: Enjoy your weekend activities. Thanks for letting us know.
No worries.
I'm still here for a little while.
I'll probably have more time to play in this game; the GM in my other game seems determined to kill me.
If I die in that game, I'll have more time to post in this one; so there is that.
Paul Antairis
Leeara already gave the orb to Gii, guys.
Paul is just kind of suggesting that no one keep the orb formally; at least without getting Leera's say-so first.
As Leera gave the orb to Gii, Paul won't say anything about him holding it.
