Blahhhh. Okay, really sorry, guys, my week was stupid busy after getting back from the con and I was like HEY, WEEKEND, SURELY I CAN MAKE TIME TO POST and then my grandmother wound up falling and hitting her head. (She's more or less fine now, but it was concerning at the time.)
I'm sort of exhausted just this second, but I WILL get a post up later today, after some sleep. Thanks for bearing with me.
POst coming after some sleep; this week's contained a lot of medical appointments, but hope to be back on track shortly.
Just as a slightly longer explanation: my grandmother, for whom I'm a live-in caregiver, has had a couple of falls a few weeks ago, and as a result we've been having multiple therapists and nurses coming out for in-home visits to coach me in some home-care techniques. I think we've been averaging like two visits a day, ahaha. I've also got family visiting to try and help split the burden around, but it's one of those things where the family kind of adds to the burden too, heh. The therapy's going to continue at least another week, and the extra family are here until the 26th.
It's sort of been taking up my time/energy to an extent. But I am still committed to and excited for this game, and I'm hoping to stabilize my schedule shortly and return to regular, timely, speedy updates. Thanks for sticking with me. <3

Been prepping for a con (note to self: Fires of Karamoss and Tome of Righteous Repose are both really prep heavy scenarios, whodathunk) so Sonya and Seraka still have some time to engage, but I'll try to get a post up Friday evening whether they have or haven't. I was hoping to get a more move-forward post up before the convention started, but I didn't quite manage it, so there's a litle more talky and I'll get us back to some more action when I can.
Gotta get back into the habit of checking frequently and posting regularly, I got distracted by hobbies and friends wanting to do things.
I used to have an app on my phone that would ding, I gotta set it up again!
Just an RSS feed app - there's lots of different ones, I don't remember exactly which one I used unless I see their logo again.
Essentially, it just scans for changes to a webpage every 5m/10m/30m/1hr/etc and makes a notification if it finds any. Then you can just read the plain text of the post, and open the page in your phone browser if you want.
Every campaign thread supports it, its the little orange wi-fi looking symbol in the upper right - you just end up copying the link into the app.

Hey Hrothdane, I can't tell anymore because the link's broken, but was Seraka's original character reference image Braga from Rat Queens? I just started reading it a few weeks ago.
Why yes, you are correct! Braga was my major inspiration for Seraka's look, fighting style, and general attitude. Braga is one of my favorite trans characters and I just wanted more of her. Plus, she fit so well with the backstory concept I had. I did make Seraka super gay, though (Braga is apparently straight).
