You should know/see that the Smilers have daggers and pistols. They are likely not going to be charging at you.
Aeron's scimitar cuts into Hatchet-Hand's neck, and the disfigured bandit gurgles as he falls to his knees, and then face down to the dirt courtyard.
Valtyra's action. Five smilers left, two on the wall, three on the courtyard level.
Auehda, Burnt One
Some cover from the pistol guys would be appreciated nonetheless, until I can finish this spell. Are the ground-based Smilers left or right of our line of horses or are they straight ahead?
Valtyra Brightsong
Valtrya moves her hands in complex motions, chanting something and cats a spell at one of the smilers.
Hold person on one of the smilers. DC17 will save.

Will Save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
One of the smilers on the ground is held by Valtyra's magic.
The smilers spread after you threw the grenade.
The Smilers on the wall reload and fire at Valtyra and Yvell.
The three smilers on the ground reload their weapons and change targets to Muga since he's the closest. They all manage to find their marks, laughing as their bullets pierce into your flesh.
Muga can make an opportunity attack against this Smiler.
Gunslinger’s Pistol at Valtyra: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 161d8 ⇒ 8
Gunslinger’s Pistol at Yvell: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 231d8 ⇒ 2
Gunslinger’s Pistol at Muga: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 231d8 ⇒ 2
Gunslinger’s Pistol at Muga: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 251d8 ⇒ 2
Gunslinger’s Pistol at Muga: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 211d8 ⇒ 4
Critical Confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 93d8 ⇒ (1, 1, 2) = 4
Everyone's turn.
Yvell Endymion
There should be one less smiler shot as they got paralyzed, they get a will save at the end of their turn however to throw it off. They also drop all weapons when they got paralyzed
Yvell is furious and points to the furthest Smiler with his blade as everyone feels the rush of a cavalry division flow through them. " Follow my lead! Charge one until they drop and then open a way up during their surprise! Phylla with me! " He charges the Smiler his blade chopping down.
Charging Powerful Blade Slash: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 241d10 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Swift Change to Distracting Charge Teamwork Feat, Full Round Charge. If Hit all allies get a +2 to hit against that opponent until the chargers turn comes back up

"HAHAAHAAAHAAAAHAAA!" Muga laughs right back rather disturbingly as the bullets ping seemingly meaninglessly through his flesh. A flurry of brutal slashes follow.
Things are starting to get GOOD!

Not recording damage until who is paralyzed is confirmed.
Also, if I dealt enough damage to full kill this target (doubtful given these rolls, but I can dream.), I've got a little kill-scene to describe. :P

If that is against the same one as Yvell (Valtyra) you get an additional +2.. yes these keep stacking if multiple people hit the same opponent.

This is what is closer to what Yvell is doing.. Valtyra may or may not be charging a similar one or the same.. Phylla does what she wants.

The map really can't accurately represent what has been happening. If we want to use a map, we have to start the combat with it. I'm all for maps, but only if the combat has them from the start.
Auehda, Burnt One
Question: Do we need to hit on a charge to stack the bonuses? Here's sort of what I think the map looks like now . . . "Thor" represents the fire elemental and the black squares represent Auehda's horse.
Auehda yells, "Olkoon, että ydin puhelu liekki elämään!" finishing their spell. An elemental whirlwind of fire springs into being in front of one of the Smilers, then charges to strike the one Valtyra and Yvell have occupied.
Slam (charging, Yvaltyra distracting charge): 1d20 + 4 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 2 + 4 = 21 Bludgeoning and fire: 1d4 + 1d4 ⇒ (4) + (3) = 7 -4 to-hit if Yvell and Valtyra miss. Not accounting for possible paralysis but presumably we didn't target that one. If the slam hit, the Smiler must make a DC 11 Reflex save or begin taking fire damage on its next turn.
Also, the elemental might decide to go after the closer Smiler instead - Auehda hasn't asked it to choose a specific target, and it might not understand distracting charge. If the one Valtyra and Yvell were after is already dead it'll definitely go after a different Smiler.
Small Fire Elemental's Round 3: Charge (full-round action).
Auehda scrambles down from their horse, then draws a small gun as they move back from the portcullis, eying the Smilers above.
Auehda's Round 3: Finish summoning small fire elemental near Smiler (occurs just before their turn), dismount (move action), movement (move action), and draw weapon as part of movement (free action). Virtue lasts 1 round on Ibuki, virtue lasts 3 rounds on Auehda, bang grenade deafening lasts 2 rounds on unconscious guy, and summon nature's ally ii lasts 6 rounds.

Forgot to say, Ibuki would of course move so he can see those on the wall.
Auehda, what´s the black stuff? Will upload Phylla and a Fire Elemental. Other requests can be made of course.
Oh can ray of sickening crit? hehehe.
GM Demonmoose
Post disappeared again. Yes, hold person, so you can remove 2 damage as the first enemy shooting Muga is "held."
Yvell slashes through one of the bandits with his blade. He screams, part in pleasure and pain. Valtyra charges the same bandit and knocks it to the ground with her mace.
Muga slashes through the gunslinger twice with his nodachi. The smiler's eyes remain open as it falls backward.
Auehda summons a fire elemental, gets off her horse and points her gun at the Smiler's on the wall. The elemental moves to the paralyzed bandit and smacks him with a flaming slam.
Ibuki fires a green ray at one of the smilers on the wall.
Fort Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
Phylla stays put. "It looks like you don't need my help, Yvell-Servant. I will allow you the pleasure of finishing this battle on your own." She moves over the body of Hatchet-Hand and samples some of his red food.
Aeron's turn. There are three smilers left, Smiler A (7, paralyzed adjacent to a fire elemental), Smiler B and Smiler C (0, 0, one is sickened)
Aeron Woke
too many maps showing too many different scenes.
Aeron sees the gathered group dispurse and pauses a moment. Seeing Muga get riddled with bullet holes though snap her out of it and she sprints to his side. As she begins to move, her eyes flare and her sword begins to emit a white mist and frost forms among it's edge.
1 arcane pool point to apply frost to her weapon. Then she attempts to charge the closest attacker to Muga (full round). If not she will move to his side even if it takes a double move.
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28 +2 if she can charge.
Possible crit: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20

Bah. Post was late. Oh well. Some reallt nice wasted rolls. Can i just redirect it at anyone still standing?
Auehda, Burnt One
The closest living attacker to Muga is the one the fire elemental redirected to. (Updated map in light of that.) I think the wording of your post still lets you target that one.
GM Demonmoose
It is redirected to the paralyzed one.
With her scimitar, Aeron slices at the paralyzed, helpless bandit. The Smiler doesn't fall to the ground, can't scream, and remains standing.
The two Smilers atop the walls realize they are in a losing battle, leap over the side of the wall and crash to the ground.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
Acrobatics, sickened: 1d20 - 2 + 8 ⇒ (9) - 2 + 8 = 15
Fall damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Chase them, or end the battle?
Both the ones by Muga and Yvell/Valtyra are dead.
Auehda, Burnt One
Held Smiler takes burn damage at the start of every turn he fails a Reflex save. Probably won't be standing much longer. Also he gets another Will save this turn, possibly?
Auehda runs up to the edge of the portcullis and points their gun through the bars. "You kill people! Stop!"
Next round will I be able to shoot through the portcullis without them having cover (from the bars)?
Auehda's Round 4: Movement (move action) and movement (move action). Virtue lasts 2 rounds on Auehda, bang grenade deafening lasts 1 rounds on unconscious guy, and summon nature's ally ii lasts 5 rounds.
The fire elemental steps close to the Smiler, engulfing it in flame
Coup de grace with fire: 2d4 + 1d4 ⇒ (2, 4) + (3) = 9 DC 19 Fortitude or die.
Small Fire Elemental's Round 4: Coup de grace (full-round action).
GM Demonmoose
The ammo from the flare gun is quite big. They will have cover if you are trying to shoot through the bars. The smiler Aeron hit remained standing because it was paralyzed, though it was dead.
The fire elemental strikes the already dying smiler on the ground. Its body begins to burn up, and the smell of human flesh, along with another pungent smell fills the courtyard, as the smiler and its flammable possessions burn up.
Battle is over unless you'd like to try to chase after or attack the runaway bandits. Remember, the portcullis is closed.
Aeron Woke

Yvell Endymion
Just a note everyone who takes falling damage is ofcourse.. prone
Yvell sighs as Phylla seems to easily become disinterested but is glad she attempted in the first place. Seeing their remaining enemies attempt to escape, Yvell points towards the walls, " Get upon the top and rain righteous might upon them! Spell, Weapon or Otherwise, they will not escape punishment nor can we afford them warn any other of their kind. "
Yvell rushes up to the top of the right wall side of the portcullis and pointed his Arm-mounted Autograpnel down at the Smilers. " If you stand up and run I swear in Ragathiel's name I will drag you back to personally burn in Hell's Furnace "

Auehda and Phylla both relayed that there were more Smilers in one of the buildings, so keep an eye out for them.
Also Yvell, it's worth noting that by Environment falling rules you only fall prone when you take lethal damage. Someone who deliberately jumps 10 feet will not fall prone, though they may take the nonlethal.

Aeron moves over to the wall and begins her ascent. She scrambles hard to find proper hand and foot holds wanting to make her way to the top quickly.
Accelerated Climb Attempt: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24 Successful
Move action to move to the top of the wall.
A sudden blur streaks past as her physical form seems to waver a moment in an extra burst of speed. With no hesitation, she makes it to the edge of the wall and does an elegant spinning headlong dive toward the nearest smiler. At the last moment, she throws her arms out wide, halting her spin and righting her legs under her. Upon touching down, her frame spins once more as she attempts to absorb the impact of the fall, her blade adding and element of doom to the whirling movement.
Activating quick runner's shirt for an extra movement to the edge and down to the ground.

The Smilers are both standing and ready to run, when its their turn.
Muga has fallen prone as he jumps off the wall.
Will Save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
The Smiler Valtyra targets with her magic is paralyzed.
Aeron scales the wall, and drops down from the top of the wall. She lands gracefully and then makes a swipe at the smiler with her blade. The bandit dodges at the last moment and smiles at her.
Ibuki searches the three Smilers and Hatchet-Hand for loot. He can also make a Heal check.

"Blech. They taste kind of funny. I don't like it." Phylla sends. She wanders over to Ibuki. "You find something delicious, Ibuki-Servant?"
The fire elemental sizzles in place.
The unparalyzed smiler tries to run as far as it can to the north.
It provokes an opportunity attack from Aeron.
Auehda, Burnt One
Auehda points the gun through the bars of the portcullis and fires its rocket-propelled magnesium charge at the escaping cannibals. "Go to running one!" they yell to the fire elemental.
Targeting one furthest away. Concealment, low bad for PC: 1d100 ⇒ 44 Flare gun touch: 1d20 ⇒ 18 Fire: 1d8 ⇒ 6 Not accounting for cover. If that hits, the flare sticks to the target and they take 1d8 fire and must make a save or be blinded and dazzled each round until removing the flare (full-round action).
Whether or not that hits: Anyone within 40' of the Smiler's current square must make a DC 12 Fort save or be dazzled. Anyone adjacent to the Smiler's current square (including the Smiler) is also blinded for 1d4 ⇒ 3 rounds on a failed save.
^Above based on my reading of the stat block, may not be how it works.
Auehda's Round 5: Shoot flare gun at escaping Smiler if it survives the AOO (full-round action). Virtue lasts 1 round on Auehda, summon nature's ally ii lasts 3 rounds, and flare gun burns for 10 rounds.

Valtyra is stabilizing the Smilers?
Valtyra stabilizes one of the Smilers in the courtyard.
Ibuki doesn't notice anything out of the ordinary except that the Smilers and Hatchet Hand have several scars on their bodies.
It depends if Aeron's Opportunity attack hits or not. If she kills the Smiler, Auehda probably doesn't fire her flare gun. Probably.
Muga stands up and moves next to the paralyzed smiler. A second later a grapple from Yvell's arm gadget jams into the stomach of the smiler.
Glitch Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 88
Glitch Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 11
As it hasn't been used in a month or longer, the timeworn thing may glitch. It either functions with a +2 to attack with that attack, or does not work but still consumes charges. I'm assuming it's the +2. Can't pull him as he weighs more than 100 lbs.
Will Save vs Paralysis: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
The paralyzed smiler still cannot move.
12 damage to Smiler A, also paralyzed. Smiler B is likely running away, to the north and is waiting on an opportunity attack from Aeron. If this smiler survives the attack from Aeron, it is hit by the flare gun from Auehda and burning alive, while being chased by a fire elemental.
What's everyone doing now?
Muga
Muga is going to finish off the Smiler he is next to, not yet realizing that Valtyra is intending to preserve their lives.

I forgot that one of the bandits was burnt severely from the fire elemental so you lose his leather armor.
Inside the fort are a ruined stables, a ruined keep, a chapel and a watchtower.
GM Demonmoose
The watchtower is barred from the outside by a wooden plank.
The chapel's doors are locked. There is a human sized stone statue of Sarenrae in a alcove to the side.
The ruined stables has a dozen dead horses, as well as naked human corpses, with missing flesh, and a few dead smilers. There are also six longbows, four heavy crossbows, 50 bolts and 60 arrows.
The ruined keep is mostly a stone shell. The wooden part has been burnt away a long time ago, and rubble covers the ground. There is a smoldering campfire with strips of long meat cooking on it. (It smells good). There is a stack of armor, shields and swords marked with the symbol of Sarenrae.
You also notice in the courtyard, where you are standing, the remains of broken tents and destroyed wagons.
Yvell Endymion
You can pull him fine with an autograpnel it just doesnt come all the way to you nor moves the 20ft because its more than 100lbs thus it makes a CMB check instead. Which even successful generally doesnt move someone more than 5-10 ft. Doesnt matter now because he was dead but the whole point was to stop him from possibly leaving
Yvell pull his Autograpnel back with a sickening squelch and it leaves the corpse of the Smiler. Their judgement had been passed and on inspection they deserved every brutal part. The sight of the bodies treated such a ay made Yvell angry but he did not show it, instead a stone expression plastered upon his visage. Once all of the Smiler had been confirmed dead he looked to the party giving a barking order.
" Alright, great display you all. The enemy has been vanquished but Phylla I believe you said there were more laying down inside. From the situation that may be the remaining crusaders who fought back and killed a few of their assailants. To which barring this building from the outside would be a makeshift barricade to keep them in. Phylla search the minds of those who are left within your sight. The rest let us ensure there are survivors and find out what really happened. " Yvell starts pulling the Wooden plank off to open the door behind.
GM Demonmoose
I was going to pull him closer to the wall, but he was already there. Pulling him up seemed a little silly, and physically weird, but I suppose I could have had him dangling five or ten feet up like a pinata. The pull would probably be 5ft if you beat their CMD, then an additional 5 ft for every 5 you beat the CMD (assuming they are over 100 lbs and less than 500 lbs).
"It is weird, Yvell-Servant. I can see images in their minds of them eating other hu-mans. Do you eat each other? Are you tasty?" Phylla sends to everyone. "Maybe I should try some... Oh, but these ones don't taste very good."
Yvell removes the barricade. Inside the watchtower are two naked men and women, beaten, bruised and bound by rope. They moan in pain and wince in fear as the door is opened. When they realize you are not Smilers, one of them calls out, "Please help us. They ate us. Please... Please... Please..."

" Well if your curious, go ahead and take a bite of me and find out for yourself, don't try this on anyone else however.. they dont bounce back like I do "
As the final plank came off and he opened the door, Yvell's eyes shoot wide open. The scene before him is unnerving and terrible. " VALTYRA, AUEHDA, Get to these people immediately! They clearly show signs of abuse and torture.. Help your fellow Sarenites! Don't worry we will take care of you all I am a paladin of Ragathiel and we have a Priestess of Sarenrae along with us. She also informed me of those who were lying on the ground I assumed these were survivors. You can also take in from the struggle here that there was a fight between them ad it takes more than two men to properly take care of a fort of this side. This is common army knowledge. It had nothing to do with my god, Though now I believe he guided our group here to stop this injustice. And trust me when I say their punishment shall be equal to their sins. "

He meant that he has a BAB of 4, so power attack with two hands is 6. Also realize that they are gunslinger pistols so as is they are broken. You could fix them, however.

Something along the lines of Burned to death (Without loot on) or Beheaded or beaten badly and split down the middle. He have Horses we can have them pulled apart as well.. all these things Yvell has no issue with.
