Delta browsing around the district your able to locate the source of power for this area not to far from the Manse. The building housing the machinery is guarded by 4 Sanctionaries. These type of guards are normally seen roaming around maintaining order.
Milo finds a good spot on top of a nearby building to watch from with the magnoculars. His rifle at hand, just in case.
Awareness
Watching the manor throughout the day there is not much activity. You see a servant leave and come back with what appears to be food supplies but other than that there is no sign of Lans.

Once they are all together to compare notes. "It seems like there's limited activity. We can either approach in the open or try and break in and snoop around. I would suggest we look towards approaching under false pretenses as at worst we are likely to be told they aren't interested and we can fall back on breaking in or kicking in the door."

"If that level of involvement was needed we wouldn't be here. The Planetary Governor could flood the area with sanctionaries. With the Inquisitors aid it might take us some convincing to get someone in the planetary governor's office to visit us."
"We are the scalpel not the sledgehammer. Making a show could be useful later but for now it is my advice not to tip our hand. We can take more time but activity around the house is... limited. Keeping an eye for a while longer likely wont hurt however I suspect we might not get more information."

Milo nods at Lothar's compromise, "One more day and as night falls we should approach. Once more I will take the high position and watch below not only the house but all of your backs".
Another day passes and there is no sign of the man your looking for nor anyone entering or leaving the estate this past day...
"Alright, we should approach the building. No one bar one servant has entered or left so they have few callers. We either break in and skulk about or trying a little social subterfuge. If we try to break in that means a social approach will be extremely difficult. If however we try a social approach first and it fails, larceny is still an option."
