The creatures are Fine, unfortunately, which is pretty bad for your party, yes. There are not torches here, so Iskender would have needed to cast light on something.

Dakkar is considering just attacking the far wall (he didn't make the perception check, but figures we've had to break walls to get here before and the tomb is probably symmetrical) and seeing if we can get this over with quickly and scram with the loot.

Bishop doesn't have anything that will help in a swarm. so he will back up and give some room to vacate the area if need be. And stand by to heal.

Swarms are pretty bad, yeah. They're one of the things in Pathfinder that annoyingly require every party to have special techniques just for handling them, which I've always felt was a bit of an antipattern.
Dakkar smashes through the center of the opposite wall, revealing a chamber beyond that seems much like the one on the north had. A bier with an unmoving figure laying on it are the only contents of the room. As soon as Dakkar barges in, light starts streaming from a square of crystal lying on top of the body.
Fortunately, the body doesn't move. Dakkar does notice, however, that some of the grubs have burrowed into his flesh.
What's Kit doing?

About the only thing Kit can think of is that they probably don't like fire. They keep swarming over Kit, since he's nicely staying in place.

Dakkar snarls in impotent fury and resolves to find some way to kill grubs. Those were some ridiculous Con damage rolls But for now figures he will have to follow through on the plan to seize what they are after and then flee. So he charges into the room to investigate the obvious glowing thing as probably what they want, while keeping an eye out for anything else to loot in a draconic frenzy before fleeing this blasted grub-infested place.

Yes, Dakkar is reckless while enraged. Is that surprising?

Dakkar doesn't see anything else of interest in the room, just the glowing crystal pane held by the corpse. Whoever has the other crystal pane you found earlier would notice that it's glowing wherever they have it stashed.
Kit is able to burn some of the grubs. Fire damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2 But they keep chewing on him. Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5
Con damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1 You know the save by now.
Kit, treat the torch as a weapon that deals 1d6 fire damage on a hit on future rounds.

Doing only 1d6 damage a turn to them will probably get us all killed. Though Dakkar would appreciate you still distracting them until he's clear, given the severe CON damage he has.

Round-wise Iskender and Fenwick could still do something. In general you need to decide how you're handling this because the fire damage from one torch is not killing them fast enough.

Even if we all had torches, the grubs would kill us all with Con damage long before we killed the swarm. Torches just don't do enough damage. Hence Dakkar's vote of just leaving with the goods.

Right. I've got nothing to contribute to the fight except healing and I don't have lots of CON healing prepped. the one lesser restoration. concur with the grab and go.

Dakkar barges past Kit, and soon the whole group is running down the stone passageway, grubs falling behind them as they jump through the hole in the wall.
This does, however, leave a bunch of hungry grubs that have proven capable of burrowing through mud heading towards a room where several people are encased in dried mud.

Dakkar doesn't know how to do anything with wands except maybe eat them. Though they don't look at all tasty.

The entrance you opened up is surrounded by stone, so it would be a valid target for stone shape

"Quick, give me the wand of stone shape that we have in the loot bag and I will wall off the entrance in an effort to stop the grubs from attacking the group."
Bishop will create a thin stone wall that should stop grubs but still be able to penetrate if we wanted to bash our way back in once we have area of effect spells prepared.
