Haffley draws her pick and darts directly between Sam's legs, then leaps and flips over Oddr's shoulder to come face-to-face with the skeletal goblins.
Gasping excitedly, she pivots to her right, cartwheeling away from them and flipping back to her furry little feet as she tries to fend off any attacks, darting directly behind the shambling undead goblins.
Standard Action to go total defense for an AC of 24 (since I assume I'm going to draw AoOs), then moving through Sam's and into Oddr's square. Then moving diagonally NW, then NE, then E for 30ft movement to wind up flanking with both Ayo and Serana on the two different enemies.

She throws her arms wide, as if posing for a crowd, before suddenly remembering to keep her pick up in front of her in a defensive posture.

The one skeleton goblin lacking a souvenir looks to his skeletal friend. His head bobs as he rattles two bony hands together in applause, almost seeming to smile and appreciate Haffley's theatrics.
The second skeletal goblin reaches out (as a free action, yo) and smacks his ally on the back of the skull, nearly knocking it from his shoulders.

As Haffley galavants about the field like a circus peformer, Ayo fumes at seeing the field of honor reduced to a place for trite, fun displays.
The applause of the goblin skeletons only exacerbates her frustration.
"Never has this so-and-so seen such disregard for the gravity of combat."
She throws out a punch at the goblin between her and Haffley...

Using the total defense action prevents you from attacking—including making attacks of opportunity—but you still threaten foes for the purposes of flanking.

Serana attempts to beat back the skeletons, but distracted by Haffley's acrobatics, her blows find nothing but air. "Impressive, little one! But..." she stops short as a claw narrowly misses her face. "I've broken dozens of Shoanti screamers upon my shield! I can crumble you bonebags like so much dust! HRAGH!"

I only had access to Serana's chronicle (from a pregen I played in the Consortium Compact) from my home PC so haven't been checking in with mobile until I was able to get that sorted. Zartan moves into the room, flinching slightly as he passes by the skeletons. He takes a posture as though ready to strike...then looks nervously toward Oddr, then with less confidence to Sam.
"Parhaps you could both do better this time around?"
Zartan moves into the room, "knowing" that he will not provoke an AOO. He establishes a flank with Sam (see map), and attempts to Aid Oddr in melee combat.
Aid Another: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (13) + 0 = 13
Boom! Oddr, please take a +2 to your next attack from Aid Another action! Sam, don't forget to take a +2 from flanking....I hope I don't regret this! ;)

As Sam slams the goblin with his hammer, it explodes in a spray of bone and debris.
@Everyone: Take 1d6 ⇒ 3 damage with a DC10 Reflex saving allowing you to take half (1 pt).
Zartan makes his way into the room, but fails to predict the pit trap he steps over in order to move into a flank.
@Zartan: DC20 Reflex save to avoid falling into a 20ft deep pit and taking 2d6 ⇒ (4, 4) = 8 damage. If you do fall in, then you at least avoid the exploding skeleton. If you make the save, you can move yourself one square to the right as intended to end your move.
The lone skeleton doubles down in his efforts, slashing at Ayo again.
Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13 for 1d3 ⇒ 1

Luckily, her armor stops the tiny claws from doing any harm.

Ayo manages to interpose her shield between the blast of bone and debris and her fleshy bits, minimizing the damage. Upon returning her attention to the remaining skeleton goblin nd seeing how wild her last blow flew, Ayo fumed. She pushed her left leg back into a more balanced stance, holding her shield forward and tensing up her whole body like a fist before letting another punch fly at the goblin.

Using 1 charge of my Adaptable Luck before the roll, for a +2 luck bonus with an extra +1 luck bonus from the Fate's Favored trait for a +3 total, in addition to my +5 Reflex Save.

"Ow."
Haffley wipes a thin trail of blood from her cheek where one of the bone shards grazed her. She narrows her eyes, hissing as she sees Zartan also taking the spray of bone shards and teetering periously on the edge of the pit trap before recovering.
"No one...messes...with MY PUDDINNNN'!" she screams, turning her attention to the skeleton in front of her.
She swings her pick directly up between the skeleton's bony legs, pivoting away into an obvious feint as the creature dodges away from the perceived blow...
Aid Another action to assist Ayo with a +4 (Helpful trait) to hit the skeleton, along with providing +2 Flanking bonus to her.
1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 5 + 2 = 19 (counting Flank from Ayo)
As the creature totters off-balance from her lunging feint, she screams at Ayo, her diminutive face contorted in an expression of utter rage.

Oddr swings and misses in his attack against the skeleton... then sees the siedr move forward wildly while the sick boy takes a swing... Oddr does not believe the sick boy will connect and is taken by surprise when the boy hits and then explodes the skeleton...

Zartan stares in shock at the still standing skeleton. Looking Askance at Oddr, Zartan maintains his position and turns his gaze toward the prissy, though quite imposing figure of Ayo.

As yet another claw rakes across Ayo, her eye twiches. She could not care less about the wounds; she had accepted her eventual death long ago, but there was something else, something she could not forgive....
"A samurai's poems..."
Her fist clenches so tight that trembles. If she wasn't wearing the cestus, and her nails weren't filed down, she would have drawn blood. She imagines for just a moment that she's punching a halfling, not a skeletal goblin.
"...ARE NOT STUPID."

Sam shields himself from the few bits of bone that come his way as he shield seems to knock most from the air and the rest miss him as the others are showered more heavily. "I bet *cough* the explosions will draw attention." he remarks with his labored breathing as he moves to the western door and opens it, not wanting to chance falling into the pit.

She puts each of the items away again, then takes up position near the front of the group.

That puts Serana at 11/19hp. I'll GMPC her at the moment this way for now... having her guard the exit so you don't lose the necromancer (and thus letting her add late to any future combats when/if Twigs returns).
Serana waves off the healing, nodding to Oddr.
"Will stay here. Watch exit. Ensure necromancer doesn't sneak out and leave while you go that way."

Gimme a tap a' that an' lets find this bad guy. Sooner we get 'im, sooner we can get on with tha show, right Puddin'?"
Are we just tapping 5/6 alternates on the wand or rolling for each charge?

Sickly Sam throws the western door open with Oddr at his side.
The southern half of this room appears to be furnished as a dining area, complete with a long wooden table, several chairs, and shelves sporting a collection of crude pieces of crockery.
A large altar of stone dominates the northern half of the room. Rusty chains set along the northern wall and the dried bloodstains covering the stone altar hint at this room’s function.
Standing on the table just ahead of you, a large hobgoblin brandishes a scythe while two of his hobgoblin allies level their aim at Sam.
Snarling he shakes his scythe.
"HAR! More bodies for Telda! Kill 'em!"
I've rolled for Serana but will continue to advance without her posting, having her watch for enemies coming around behind... unless Twigs come out of hiding.
Squares with chairs are difficult terrain and provide some cover. Hobgoblin '1' is on the table. To jump onto the table requires a DC5 Acrobatics check from an adjacent square.

One hobgoblin grunts, rushing ahead to the southern door and throwing it open while his companion fires off a badly aimed arrow at Sam. Their apparent leader hobbles away (withdraw action), passing through the door into the cavern beyond.

She casts a spell, a shield of light flashing as it forms around her.
Cast Shield of Faith as a Standard Action and activating Relentless Footing as a Swift Action to increase Ayo's speed by 10 feet
She rushes into the room after the hobgoblins, moving as though her armor did not encumber her at all.
She will use Step-Up and Following Step if the hobgoblin she is next to tries to move away.
She gives Sam a curt nod of approval as she sees him strike another hobgoblin.
"Good work, young one. Such persistence is the mark of one without fear of death."

Zartan's magic flows over both of the ugly hobgoblins...

Haffley darts forward, blowing a kiss to Zartan as she tumbles by him, leaping onto the table.

She rears back, bringing her pick downward at the head of the wounded hobgoblin embroiled with Sam.

The Pathfinders press forward with Sam and Haffley striking good blows and Zartan's magic proving effective against hobgoblin minds.
The lone conscious foe blocking the group's way swings at Sam but misses while a door in the cavern beyond is opened and conversation in Goblin can be heard... that soon turns into another stranger tongue (Necril).
