He then tries to break loose of the webbing. What type of check is needed?

The little king chants an incantation and is suddenly surrounded by a swarm of duplicates.
Huc, Fynn, and Master Temperance can act!
Huc.
Frustration at the webby situation coloring his voice, the woodsman roars out a second command to Fynn. This one jars the dog into action, but the mutt struggles to clear the difficult terrain. Huc burst out of the area easily, but his strike on the kobold king’s lackey is wild with his own frustration.
”THEY SHOULD KNOW WHEN THEY’RE BEATEN!”
MOVE: combat maneuver through the difficult terrain, ending in the square right of the kobold minion.
CMB DC 13: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 4 + 1 = 17

FYNN: combat maneuver through the difficult terrain, ending left of the kobold minion. (if successful, this movement provokes an AoO from the kobold against an AC of 23)
CMB DC 13: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 1 = 6 <— boo!
He tries again to get into flank
CMB DC 13: 1d20 + 4 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 1 - 1 = 15
Master Temperance
Temperance begins to burn his way into the web.
GM, at what speed can Temperance move into the web? If he swings his torch, can he "slash them away as easily as a hand brushes away cobwebs", as per using a flaming weapon? He'd like to advance without setting the entire web on fire.
DM Carbide
If you want to keep the fire from spreading and possibly damaging those still trapped, you can burn all of the squares of web in reach as a full-round action, which leaves you the option of a 5' step to advance. You can also burn one square as a standard action.

Nighttail and Hak continue to push through the webs, and Master Temperance begins to burn away the sticky obstructions.

The tiny king concentrates again, casting another trio of darts at Huc. Take 6 HP, you lucky b@stard--I rolled minimum damage. By my count you're at 0, with Rowane's healing.
Party up! Finish him, would you please?
Missile damage: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (1, 1, 1) + 3 = 6
Huc.
Oof. Yep. I’ll take that luck!
Another magical salvo slams into Huc. Consciousness wavers on a needlepoint, but the woodsman—aided by his teammates healing—refuses to fall. His vision tunnels, leaving only his tiny quarry filling his awareness. With everything Huc has, he raises his massive woodsman’s axe one more time, bringing it crashing down in a brutal arc as Fynn’s jaws harry from the side.
Both attack. Huc will then take 1 damage and fall unconscious.

The elf growls under her breath as Huc falls, a sound matched by the angry hound as it prepares to launch itself at the laughing kobold. But Arien acts first, her ancient blade slicing up on a long diagonal across the kobold king's body, opening it from hip to shoulder and sending viscera spilling onto the floor. With its dying breath it gasps out, "Aeteperax...will crush...you all...." Then it falls to the floor with a wet thud. Green blood mixes with crimson in puddles around the fallen bodies.
Out of combat!
DM Carbide
After a little time passes, the webs indeed fall away.
Once the king fell, Nighttail ceased her struggles against the web, waiting with the gnome until the spell effects come to an end. "Thank you, pi--humans and others. I'll keep my word. Now that Roaghaz is dead, I'll lead the rest of the tribe far from here, and out of your scales. Ah, that's right. It's hair for you...most of you, anyway." She glances sidelong at Rowane.
And that's the end of Part I! I'll get chronicles up, and then we can get moving on Part II. Let me know the PFS numbers of the characters you want the chronicles applied to.
DM Carbide
You pause long enough in the lair to be reasonably sure that Nighttail is, indeed, packing up the remaining kobolds and their eggs. However, on returning to Devy Manor and reporting, Lady Origena seems worried. "I doubt they'll attack now, but what happens after you leave? Are you sure that they're going to stay away?"
She seems to be wavering on paying you in full, depending on how persuasive you are regarding the intentions of the kobolds. Which is to say, give me a Diplomacy check. Aid Another is allowed.
Rowane
"We assisted the one who now leads. He gave us his word and we witnessed him pack up his brood and leave." Rowane straitens his robes "I will return to the church. If they come back, you know where to find me. I will help if I am able"

Back in the caves…
Huc chokes and splutters as the potion brings him back to consciousness. His ursine features slowly reverting back to his usual gruff, red-scuffed face. Leaning up on his elbows and looking wildly around at the chamber, he tries to get his ragged breathing under control as he looks up at Rowane.
”Uh. Thanks, bub,” the woodsman says genuinely, ”I won’t forget it.”
His companion Fynn, interestingly enough, sticks pretty closely by Rowane for their entire walk back to town.
The present…
Huc is relatively quiet during the debrief with the Lady, idly scratching at Fynn’s mange as he listens along. When Rowane tries to put to rest the Lady’s concern, Huc is quick to Rowane’s support.
”It sure didn’t seem like they was gonna come back, ma’am. We scared’em good.” He shrugs, ”I could swing out that way every once in a while if you want … just mak’em know we’re watchin’em?”
Diplomacy Aid Another to Rowane, DC 10: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9; so close!
And with no ranks in History, Huc can’t hit that DC.
DM Carbide
It was a DC 15 check, so no worries.
DM Carbide
A few other loose ends....
Searching the body of the fallen king, you find two scrolls, a wand, a cloak, and a pair of keys. One opens the armory on the upper level (Nighttail will ask for that one), while the other opens the chests in the western section of the cave.
There are two chests; one contains 1895 gp, while the other holds six large green reptilian scales and an even larger black scale.
The baroness is swayed by Rowane's words and delivers the full reward promised: twelve amethysts worth 100 gp each.
And you're 3rd level!

Arien identifies the shimmering scales as those of a dragon. I know dragon scales are used as a material component for spells, but I can’t find an intrinsic value for them.
Huc.
Huc thinks back on the encounter with the kobolds — as well as Arien’s response about an ancient dragon.
”So, whatcha think the deal is with this Aeteperax fella?” he says to the group, but also to the Lady Origena, ”Why’d that little feller bring up a thousand-year-dead dragon?”
So, between the Lady’s reward and the split gold from that chest, we get 573.75g each.
Plus 2 scrolls, a wand, and a cloak … Plus whatever value the scales have.
Can anyone ID any of that? Huc’s not so much with the Spellcraft. :/
