SURPRISE ROUND
Montesquieu will take the lead and bravely come out of his invisibility as he launches a spell at the 2 cult leader.
"Have at thee, you foul fiends!" (Surprise Action - Glitterdust; Ikrimah makes the save, but is still covered in glittery sparkles)
ROUND 1
The floating wizard pulls what seems to be a smokestick from behind his back, igniting it and tossing it towards, Daxter, Montesquieu, and Hermes. The smoke billows out grey and greasy, obscuring the wizard, bard, and familiar from view. Quick as a flash, then then dives into the stinking mess himself, disappearing from view. (standard action to throw stick: hit AC 5 of square, success! 10' cube including Daxter, Montesquieu, and Hermes is now filled with smoke (treat as fog cloud); move action)
Faster than you have ever seen anyone move, the woman rushes at your group, laying down a blistering string of attacks on Adjo with her temple sword. (immediate action to move; full flurry on Adjo: ALL attacks miss)
COMBAT MAP (grey boxes are benches, yellow and black box are the hole looking down on the yellow sparring ring below; everything in the reddish-brown color is on your level, including the beams that cross above the sparring ring; also note that Daxter, Monte, Hermes and the wizard are currently obscured, see above)

Challenge
"Pawns of the Mother
Your filth stains this land too long
My blade comes to cleanse"
Seeing the wizard clothed in magical illusion the noble semi-orc closes his eyes and turns his trust to his other four senses. Just as his sensei had taught him Takuma pushed aside all distraction and focused: the rustling of cloth, the acrid taste of sweat and fear.

After hearing the conversation between the samurai and the blue man, Daxter almost chokes on the potion he is drinking."Are you an idiot, Takuma? He will not honor your duel, and you will die. Not with honor or pride. You will die a fool if you do this. I for one, will not stand by and let you die due to your lack of common sense." He says, clearly refusing to agree to the terms of a duel. He knows a one sided deal when he sees it. He has made a few in his time of course.

GM BrOp - PFS |

"Honor you do not deserve demon!", the semi-orc says.
"But I accept your challenge".
The Samurai keeps his eyes closed and unleashes a flurry of attacks.
The first of the attacks goes wide, as Takuma's sensitive ears do not pick up the wizard's correct position. The second attack, however, strikes true, tearing a long gash across the blue man's tunic, which quickly fills with blood. The half-orc's third attack looks as if it will connect, but is deftly avoided at the last minute.
ROUND 4
Ikrimah attacks the samurai with his flurry, and lands two solid hits, but nothing the semi-orc can't take. "You are an honorable creature, orc," the blue man speaks in Common, "but my death will come at a cost." (Full flurry attack: attack1 with Stunning Fist crits! The spell fizzles as it fails to overcome the Vudrani mage's magical defenses. "Ah, treachery so soon!" he speaks, blinking the sweat from his eyes. "Dhalavei reveals herself in your friends corrupt actions, ronin! Perhaps you and I are not so different after all, hmm?" He chuckles slightly to himself.

"You have no right to speak. You pick on the weak and the helpless. Torturing them before you murder them. Their spirits walk the world never able to rest because of you. To top it off, you take advantage of the poor fool's misguided sense of honor. There is no risk for you to duel him. You have your most powerful magics to protect you. "Dax, you may think we are all just meatheads but this something he has to do. A warrior can't turn down a challenge like that. Give them their space".
Delay. Fatigue round 2/4.

Takuma spits a gobbet of blood but does not lower his blade.
"Daxter-san you dishonor us all! Stay your sorcery until this is finished. A samurai knows the risk he takes whenever he lifts his blade".
Holding his flashing katana overhead the semi-Orc brings it down in three swift strokes.
Two more swift cuts penetrate Ikrimah's defenses, one across the left leg, the other just under the left ear. Both bleed profusely, but the mage seems almost oblivious to the pain. (Two attacks hit, both do 21 points of damage)
ROUND 5
The mage seems distracted by Daxter's comments, and as a result none of his blows are able to seriously injure Takuma. "What do you know of what the people want? They hunger for justice, yet are given none. Their lives are made pointless by the acts of the corrupt Thakur and his toadies. At least we give their final moments some meaning. Their deaths become a sacrifice to her who is most holy, she who sees all, and who understands life's ultimate purpose: entropy and rebirth!" (attack1 misses; attack2 misses; attack3 misses; attack4 misses; attack5 misses)
