FYI guys I know my posts have slowed down a bit lately.

Here's what's going on.

Right now we have a staffing shortage at my workplace, and I have been pulling extra shifts. This has left me pretty tired and worn out. I also expect to be training some new hires soon (though I'm not sure when), and since I do most of my posts from work it is unlikely I will be able to post much on those days, but we don't have a schedule for that person yet, so I don't yet know which days I am doing that, and I may not end up knowing until I arrive for my shift. So since I may not have any warning I'm letting you guys know now. The training will probably be spread over three days.

After that I am leaving for a much needed Vacation on September 30th. I expect to have internet access, so I should be able to post in that period, though it may be a bit irregular.

Sorry for any problems this might cause, and if I don't respond in a reasonable time bot me as needed. Things should be back to normal for me in mid-October.

Did the scouts report any guant patrols away from the fort? Or even orc ones?

oh yes.. there are a few orc patrols, two per side. Their heart isn't really in their job,s but they are alert enough to make sneaking up to the fort a bit of a challenge.

Hello you crazy people thanks again for not kicking me from the game. The trial is fainnaly over and long and short. I won hes in jail 20-30....just his lawer dug up a lot of things i have put in my pass and was hard to be reminded of the horrible person i once was...well im ready to get back into some fun rp so i will update today once i Finnish unpacking...

Hi all sorry again for my massive slow down in post, being in the military you don't really get any leeway once you return to work after getting shot. i did not consider it as splitting the party we would still be in the same hall just a bit away from each other. I thought that would make it easier for us to flank

Holiday Plans:

This Friday (i.e. tomorrow), Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I have Christmas events to attend (and I may be busy Tuesday too). I will be travelling for some of that period. I still expect to have internet access and I'll try to get online in that period but my posting frequency may suffer. Wednesday night I will be back home and things will return to normal for me.

While we're doing the holiday plans:

I'll be gone from the 27th to the 4. we'll put the game on "pause" starting Tuesday.

So.. bit of irony. I was waiting for you guys to respond to choot. But, i think you were waiting on me.

Il thank you all for you're patience woth my littel activity. My family hs bren going through a painful event we are trying tp move 9n..its just hard and my depression has made it even harder. I was suicidal for a bit there and am getting the help i need. Thanks again for being understanding. Hope to keep having fun in this game and more to come in the future.

The announcement is Pathfinder 2nd edition, with a massive playtest starting in August and all new content starting in mid-2019 being for the new edition. It's a pretty huge thing, and of course there are very mixed responses.

What they are doing right, in my opinion, is allowing PFS players to keep playing any 1st edition content with their 1st edition characters, and not just cutting off 1st edition organized play. I'm personally very excited!

I'm def in the "mixed responses" category. :)

Liked what I heard but also had flashbacks because I don't like change.

I doubt I'll switch over to the new system as a player, and I know I won't as a GM. My games will stay as 1e content because there'll be too much headache to crossover

Totally understandable. I just don't understand the intense anger and cries of "YOU TRAITORS" we're seeing from a vocal minority over in the blog discussion, but, whatever.

I mean ill try it i hope thy get rid of feat tax if they do that I'll be happy.

I mean just look at what happens whn ever thre is new additions. People get mad thinking some how they wasted money now that the edition they use is changing. I dont think that will ever change. Ive seen it with 4e 5e warhammer fantasy and 40k. Ect..There will always be the vocal minority that will scream bloody murder when something changes.

They've already made it pretty clear that it'll be the 11 classes from Pathfinder 1.0 plus the Alchemist. Which makes me happy because I love the Alchemist. :-D
