Sense Motive: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
Chell moves to closer to the boarding plank and channels positive energy to aid in their retreat if that is what they were going to do. Weakened and down so many men, they had no hope against another ship, especially Captain Dre. As she got closer she could hear more screams from the gunwales and it was very difficult to not leap into the water and crawl in to help. They couldn't leave. Not without the prisoners. It might not be Dre. There had to be a way to win this. There had to.
I should be able to get close enough to get our guys and only our guys with 2 exclusions thanks to Selective Channel.

Now, the Mate who is speaking to Ptahh about Capt Dre appears to know how Capt Dre operates, if it is Capt Dre he is not bluffing as to the tactics. He also quoted you corrected when you yelled, "No Mercy." Also, Ptahh knew the Weasel was trying to join Capt. Dre's and his piracy.
Given your limited time to access the situation and the ship on the horizon has yet to strike colors, you'd say it's 60% chance he it could be Capt Dre. What makes this difficult is that Capt Dre is a ruthless cutthroat, but a relatively new pirate lord rising to power, and you don't know his ship.

Ptahh and his boarding crew are permitted to withdraw with the fallen crew members, and Capt Flynn and the sorcerer/navigator, Flash. You can either sheath your weapons and pick up both of the fallen or you can make two trips if you don't trust the pirates by sheathing your weapons.

That ship hasn't bared its colors or its fangs and this is a trade route. Could be anyone. The call came from one of yours and I believe you would do or say anything to get away. We stop only when you have surrendered yourselves or your bounty." It was a poor bet but it was one she at least was willing to make. If they were despicable enough to kill innocent merchant sailors to gain the upperhand in battle then who knows who they would sell too. Sometimes slavery was a fate worse then death and she couldn't let that happen. They could route them in a few moments and be gone in an hour. That might be enough to get away and to shore before they found out who was off in the distance.

I have to admit I've never called bluff against a Royal Flush before... Either you just doomed us all or we're about to have the biggest haul of our lives."
She momentarily fingers the water breathing potion on her bandolier. If that's Dre's ship.... I will have to jump into the water and swim for Sharkjaw. I'll risk drowning before they put me into shackles.

Astrianna listens to the call of the crew and sighs. This is a disaster, I won't even have time to ransack the Captain's Quarters. Giving the Weasel to Dre makes my blood boil, but we have to look out for the crew and our own hides.
She chuckles when the crew announce the black flag. Bloody Bones over a Chest? How dramatic. At least Dre has some style. We need something like that... The half-elf yells to the crew. "PUT OUT THOSE FIRES AND PREPARE FOR DEPARTURE CREW, WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE! SORRIN, PTAHH, CLEAN UP OVER THERE!"
The bard quickly fires two more magical arrows into the rigging in an attempt to end the fire elemental threat.
Sparing a glance for the ship coming from Sharkjaw, she scowls. "I'd bet a platinum those are hyenas looking to pounce on the bloodied victor. Well, they can fight Dre for us." I wonder if this was part of Dre's plan all along... He was strangely close. Perhaps he was testing the Weasel...?
