I'd be interested, damn near 20 years since I've played a 2nd ed game, but willing to give it a shot.

Sorry for the delay in posting again. Wrestling with a sleep schedule that refuses to be normal.
Will try to post as soon as I can.
I don't know if everyone feels the need to rest before moving on. I figure we have to be getting close tot eh end and we may want to be in the best shape we can be. Even if we do press on then having a place to potentially fall back to, even if we have to stay up in shifts to rest, would be a good idea. Whether we are willing to trust the Grey Maiden's word is the real question.
I'm not sure I trust them, no, but if we all stay in one room and keep a watch it should be ok. I think. I hope.
I figure that, as long as the succubus doesn't somehow force them, they are unlikely to betray us. It's in their best interests to let us take the demon out so they can have their freedom back. That's assuming, of course, that they are telling us the truth.

Yeah, I'm very suspicious, but I think we'll need all of our stuff to take on a succubus (assuming we don't find a way to "redeem" her or something).
But Azura certainly does not feel safe here and is wary of relaxing in a bath.

Hey now, they were in a comitted relationship...with each other. but they included lots of others too.
I dont have bears endurance memorized Ulfr with all those maidens we would need it i think.

Anyway if Saersha weren't able to deal with all of the Gray Maidens I'd say she's losing her step!
Former characters. If you look in the characters tab at the removed ones there are Marrinah and Sarinah. I was Sarinah and JeanGrey (who just disappeared) was Marinnah. When she left I couldn't keep the other going so I changed to Saersha.
I swear I have the worst luck when it comes to paired characters like that, either the other Player poofs or the GM does. It makes me very sad.
Yeah, Saersha should be able to handle them well enough, unless they all try to gank and kill her physically, that might be a bit different.
Given that they're working for a succubus we already know they're susceptible to seduction, so should be no problem.
On the "linked characters" side I'm hoping that the game with our Tian-Min characters manages to continue, it just seems to have stalled out really early which is not a great sign!
Yeah, I know. At least we are moving again now. I think he was just waiting for everyone to chime in. Only time will tell.
Every linked charector i have tried on these boards has failed sadly. I had an awesome husband wife pair that died off far too quickly. gm poofing then well the wife player decided online pbp was too slow for them... *sighs* oh the well

Yeah, we have a pair of linked characters over in a KM game that just started and the GM ghosted us basically right after the first encounter. Sadly common on the boards. GM did make a recent update but usually this king of thing means the GM will just vanish again.

lol...I'm thinking they'll be around. Not always same posting rate, but not really going anywhere given their history.
I've been in so many games now where the DM just vanishes after the first encounter that I'm kinda used to it. :/
Yeah, I've had that happen alot too. usually we make it a bit further than the first encounter though.
Heck I had an FFd20 one recently where the DM poofed twice during the interest check thread!
I take it no one else has anything to add to the Saersha/Embyr conversation?
Because it looks like how it's going can be seen by anyone who's inclined to look...

My god, that spell is right up there with unnatural lust for foreplay spells.

Pleasurable Touch
Enchantment [Mind-affecting, Emotions, Compulsion] Sor/Wiz/Wtch/Brd 1
Components V,S
Casting Time 1 Standard Action
Range Touch
Target 1 Humanoid or Monstrous Humanoid touched
Duration 1min/level
Save Will (partial) SR yes
Target humanoid or monstrous humanoid touched (this is a melee touch attack), is wracked by pleasure and shaken for one round, while shaken, he will try to stay close to the caster and follow her so long as this does not put him in danger, he will not attack her, nor prevent her from touching him for one round, any harmful action taken by the caster on him will break the spell and end the duration immediately, he may defend himself if attacked, a will save negates the effect for the round. Each round, the caster may touch her victim again as a standard action to make him feel pleasure again and make another save.
On a roll of a natural one on the save, the target becomes shaken for one hour except in regards to the caster. He gains a +2 to attack rolls and cmb to grapple the caster, rip both their clothes off, and ravish her on the spot for the next hour. He must attempt to continue this for one hour at which time the spell wears off.
On a roll of a natural 20, the target breaks free of the spell completely with no further saves affecting the caster instead, forcing her to try and ravish him for the next hour as if she rolled a natural one on the will save.
