Initial point: From what I see, it looks like you're trying to make even 1st level a "sweet spot"(by giving even a 1st lvl char a +6 to hit).
To that end, I'm not sure if that makes Diehard either OP or simply a necessary feat for all 1st levels. Giving +1 lvl of hp makes you almost twice as powerful (the way that a 2nd lvl PFS char is twice as powerful).
Take the data for what you will, but Isagoras' Diehard feat was the deciding factor here.
Also, maybe don't give all the orcs 2handed weapons? If you see both the rogue and warrior are sword and board, maybe give 2 orcs that as well?
