My kitsune character has the following:

10 circumstance bonus to appear as a specific humanoid from Realistic Likeness feat
02 trait bonus from Among Humans race trait (your personal form counts as a specific humanoid, right? After all, there is only one of you.)

Legit?
Even if I have to apply penalties for changing sex and the like, that's pretty amazingly high. And I haven't even picked up Deceitful, Skill Focus, or numerous other options yet that could put it in the stratosphere.

Looks good. When did you take the realistic likeness feat?
Also, I noticed you didn't take fey founding for the extra +2hp heal per die rolled when you heal. With all the channeling you'll do looks like a great feat.
It all should stack
The only problem is it is not so great when pretending do be some body else

Change Shape (Su) A kitsune can assume the appearance of a specific single human form of the same sex. The kitsune always takes this specific form when she uses this ability. A kitsune in human form cannot use her bite attack, but gains a +10 racial bonus on Disguise checks made to appear human. Changing shape is a standard action. This ability otherwise functions as alter self, except that the kitsune does not adjust her ability scores and can remain in this form indefinitely.
Benefit(s): You gain a +2 trait bonus on Disguise checks to appear human while assuming your specific human form with the change shape racial trait, and Disguise is always a class skill for you.
So +41 when being another race
Actual kitsune= base disguise
Fox= gets a +10 racial to look like a fox?
A specific human= +55
Any other human= ?
Any other race= +41
Seems about right.
Your own specific humanoid form is in every way a specific individual in its own right, and thus gets the bonus for specific individuals as well.
So any other human that isn't you would be 53 (since you're lacking the +2 trait bonus).

It's been there all along. If you meant where in the progression, it would have been as early as possible (level 1 or 3). Next to keeping allies alive, disguises/shape changing are kind of her thing.

The very first iteration of the character actually DID have it. I ended up removing it because I didn't want this character to be a clone of another healing specialist in my gallery, Lailah Hael.
Having diversity in your character portfolio is important when making it useful to the widest audience.

They don't stack at all, but like all non-stacking abilities they do continue to operate independently of one another, which is effectively the same as getting twice as many uses out of it.
A cleric who multicalsses into paladin, for example, doesn't stack the channel energy abilities of the two classes, but he doesn't lose them either. He can use his cleric's daily uses (with the amount of healing based on his cleric level) or use up his lay on hands daily uses (in which case, he would heal an amount according to his paladin level).
