New Physical Product Releases in March

↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.

↬If you have questions about your individual order or subscriptions, please start a new thread.

Yay! Double episode month! And a new AP to boot! Can't wait!


i was wondering i was wanting to add the card game to my subcriptions if i add it now i wont be billed yet till net month right?

There is a chance that there could be authorization on the card when the order is submitted (which would expire). It will not be charged until your order ships.

Update: Pathfinder Legends #3 has been moved to April.


I've always found it hard to picture Katina delivering bad news. Now I know what it looks like. :(

I assume that the auth process has started? If it hasn't, then there is something weird going on with my subscription page.

Update again: After some confusion with street dates and whatnot, the Legends #3 disc set has been moved back to this month.

As for the auth, we're still getting ready and poking some things to make sure that everything is okay. We should be cutting loose in a little bit.

The Weather Channel is showing a current temperature of 59 degrees and says it's going to snow tomorrow. That seems pretty weird.

With a major temperature drop, there is nothing too weird about that.

What is really weird is that my local weather forecast is predicting up to 3 inches of snow with the temperature in the upper 30s.

That's not weird, either. Anything under about 40 (depending on humidity) can be low enough for snow - it just won't last long, though if it is coming down fast enough, you'll get accumulation before it melts off.

FYI, it has been my experience that your subscription page gets kinda wonky during order spawnage. It's like the process removes your current order/shipment, ignores your sidecart (mine got stuffed into April), and moves on until they finish and you get your email notification.


This month's subscription has disappeared from the "My Subscriptions" page, but I don't have an order for it in my order history.

the iron fang invasion 1 and 2 has disappeared from my subscription


3 and 4 are on th4e next two months but not the first two

Ironfang 1 & 2 have also disappeared from my subscription page, and I have no order history for them. The next upcoming subscription listed is volume 3.

If you received an email saying that you have an order coming up, then everything is fine.

The My Subscriptions page is notoriously flaky when they're spawning orders.

Going slow but still chugging along. Things may look a little weird until the order spawning finishes. I will let folks know when the process that spawns orders finishes.

Its probably about 3/5 ths the way through.

Hi Sara. I have a pending order with orders merged, shipping costs calculated and sidecart included but I didn't get an email. That seems a bit unusual.

I didn't even break my sidecart this time.

Stands too close to the world's largest dominoes display just as it's about to be finished.

It looks like the auth finished over Friday night, so we *should* have generated all of the subscription orders. We're still picking through to make sure we find and correct any issues that may have cropped up before we give our warehouse the all-clear. Let us know if you see anything that looks off so that we can take a peek.

It looks like your books were still in your sidecart, but I've pushed them out into their own order, so you should be receiving a confirmation email for that in just a moment. Feel free to look over the email to make sure that everything is correct, and just let me know if anything needs to be changed.

I've just noticed my downloads were made available yesterday, but I haven't received a shipping email.

Since I've recently had a small mail server problem, I'm wondering if maybe there has been a bounce for this email?
