The following information, including dates and expected products, is what we currently estimate and may change.

**Please note: there was a port shutdown on the West Coast which has affected many companies awaiting shipment. While the shutdown is resolved now, we have had to shift release dates for some of our products as a result of delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.**

New Releases in February March (whoops!)


Edit: Authorization Date moved to March 6th.

↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Because of the port strike issue, we will have to push Adventure Path #92 back to April. While there will likely be a double-month at some point, we are unsure if it will be April, if it will be further down the line.

We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we have more information!

I see two Strategy Guides listed for my March order but I'm pretty sure I only pre-ordered one. Is this a bug in the display or a double confirmation when pre-ordering? Either way, is it possible to correct this so I only get one Strategy Guide?

Hi Olwen,

I took a look into your sidecart, and it seems that you had two separate Strategy Guides moved in from two separate orders. So it looks like you just may have forgotten you had one of the preorders!

I've canceled the newer order, so you should now only see one Strategy Guide in there. If your March order generates with two Strategy Guides, just let us know and we'll take care of it for you.

If you have any other questions about your individual subscriptions or orders, feel free to start a new thread in the Customer Service forums. :)

Did the port strike affect the release of Unchained next month, or is it still on the table for April delivery?

We haven't heard anything that would indicate a delay for Unchained, but we'll be sure to let everyone know if there's an update. :)

UPDATES:
-Map Pack: River Systems was moved to April's subscriptions.
-Pathfinder—Origins #2: Kyra will be going out with this month's subscriptions.

We are just getting ready to dip our toes in the water and make sure that everything is on track to start the authorization process! I'll be posting updates as we get them.


Hi katina.

I just got my subscription authorisation email and it appears to have missed one of my sidecart items. It included the iconics set but not the comic (which seems like it should have gone too). I'm not really in a rush for it, but I figured it might be a broader issue.

Hi Steve! We dipped our toes into the authorization pool, and we're not quite sure if we felt a nibble. Our tech team is going in with some goggles and light explosives to determine whether it was just a stick in the mud, or if there are a few more piranhas hiding out. We appreciate you involuntarily volunteering your account to test the waters! If all goes smoothly and no one loses any fingers, we hope to cruising along again shortly.

Hi Kevin,

Taking a look into your account, you should still be receiving the Campaign Setting and Player Companion this month. If you're only seeing the Strategy Guide, that may just be a display error. We haven't started the auth in earnest yet, so your March order has not yet been generated. If we announce on the thread that auth is done and you're not seeing your order or something looks wrong, please let me know and I'll be sure to investigate further. Thanks!

Don't be a sad panda, Anorak! Comics will be coming out with the subscriptions this month. Both Origins #1 and #2 should be in your subscriptions once they're generated. We had some hiccups with the authorization yesterday, so most people don't have March orders yet. Just keep an eye out and when your order is generated, and let me know if anything looks incorrect. Thanks!

UPDATE: After some poking and prodding from our brave tech team, we are ready to test the authorization waters again. We've got some super strong sunscreen and some floaty wings, so hopefully everything will go smoothly this time!

Alright everyone, we've solved the time/space anomaly and are now jumping in head first! Auth seems to be doggy-paddling along just fine, but we'll let you know if it gets a cramp and starts to drown.

We've had a couple people let us know that their Strategy Guide has not moved into their subscription order because they were in separate orders, rather than their sidecart.

If your March subscription order has been generated and your Strategy Guide is stranded somewhere else, please make a new thread on the Customer Service Messageboards, or send an email to customer.service@paizo.com and we should be able to take care of it for you.

If QA Erik is to be believed, the authorization process should be all done! Everyone with a subscription that is scheduled to go out this month should now have a pending March order. If you think you should have an order and don't see one, or if something is incorrect on your order, let us know!

Remember: Adventure Path and Maps subscriptions have been moved to next month, so if you usually only get those products, you will NOT have a pending order.

We are not in the office on weekends, but if you create a new Customer Service thread, send an email, or leave a voicemail, we'll get back to you as soon as we can next week. We are expecting the warehouse to start shipping sometime on Monday, but CS will try to ensure that most of the problem orders are fixed before shipping begins.

I didn't get an email notification for my order, but other than that, it does seem to have been generated properly. Order 3459332 if anyone decides to go digging in the system to see what happened to the notification.

Thanks for the update. I have moved the items in your sidecart to a new order and you should get an order confirmation email soon.

If anyone else only has a Pathfinder Roleplaying Game subscription, with the Strategy Guide in their sidecart, and would like it to ship this month (instead of waiting until April to ship with Pathfinder Unchained), please start a new thread on the messageboards or email us to let us know, and we'll get it moved.
Normally, this is something that customers should be able to do on their own, but the "ship as soon as possible" button from the sidecart has been misbehaving. Sorry for any inconvenience.


Hi there - Wanted to quickly check on the status of order 3480653. My card expired and it appeared that this order attempted to process. Updated account info and now it seems to be perpetually pending.

Book 2 of Giantslayer was postponed to April due to the dockworker's strike, so there is no AP or minis shipment this month. You won't get a subscription shipment until April.

I've checked into your order, and it seems that it was fulfilled earlier this morning. Sometimes when an order hits a payment method failure, it can get moved back in the queue while it is waiting for issues to be resolved. But it looks like it should be on the way! Let me know if there's anything else I can help with.

Hi there! There are no products releasing for either of your subscriptions this month. However, I do see that you have a pending pre-order for the Iconic Heroes Sets on your account. It looks like Set #1 is in an order with Set #2, so our system is holding the order until both items are available. If you would like Set #1 sent on it's own, please let me know and I can move things around to get it on the way.

Hi Zaister,

It does look like your Strategy Guide should've been sent out with this month's subscriptions but it was caught in a strange sidecart limbo. I'll go ahead and get it moving for you, and send you an email with further details.

UPDATE: I've just spoken to our warehouse manager, and he said that all March subscriptions should now be shipped! We had a pretty light month, so subscriptions went fairly quickly.

If you still have not received your email notification or think that something is wrong with your subscription order, please contact us by creating a new thread on the Customer Service messageboards, sending an email to customer.service@paizo.com, or giving us a phone call.
