Krixus moves up and fires a rapid shot at the pyramid and hits with both arrows. He notices that a lot of damage did not go through due to the stone hardness but you chipped a good amount of it apart.

Garidan unlocks the lock with that disable device.

Enjilo watches Garidan run past him in surprise. That took less time than I thought it would, Enjilo thinks to himself. Quickly judging the rest of his group as too far away to reach before the pyramid starts moving again, and therefore risking getting hit twice more in the attempt, Enjilo does heed Garidan's advice and attempts to push the door open, slowly, listening and searching around the edge of the door for tripwires and other traps.


Enjilo moves and tries to open these large stone doors and you think it will require 2 people to push in order to open.

Who's this? Garidan was relieved to see someone else arrived late and was focusing the pyramid's attacks. That gave him the chance to save Khonn's life. "You lucky bastard!" he said to the unconscious cleric. He shouldered him and accelerated.

Move action pick him up. I can easily carry him, however encumbered, of course. Then move reduced speed, 20 ft. Did so on the map slide, too.


Krixus hits with both shots and chips away at the pyramid.

Garidan grabs Khonn and moves.

With Dakoa's help, Enjilo gives one final heave and is able to push open the heavy stone doors. Seeing the pyramid down at the far end of the hall, Enjilo rushes out to meet Garidan and help him move Khonn out of the pyramid's path. Move action to get within reach of Garidan and Khonn. Second move action to move so that we're both supporting Khonn's weight? Would that allow us to move full speed back towards the door?

True, but a double move loses your standard, and now that the door's open, no telling what we've woken up in the next room. Might need the standard to attack something. I guess I could have just gone through the door by myself, but that's never a good idea in trapped/haunted/monster-infested areas.


No you won't be able to carry people at full speed unless your carry weight limit allows it. If it does then sure.

Dakoa uses a move action to perception the room and does not see anything that stands out.

Tall, pink granite columns, carved and painted to resemble palm trees, stand around the perimeter of this chamber, supporting the barrel vault of the ceiling. Slabs of the same pink granite line the walls. A stone sarcophagus stands alone on the limestone floor in the center of the room. Beyond, a dark doorway leads deeper into the pyramid to the west

After Garidan shrugs off Enjilo's offer of assistance, only for Enjilo to watch him walk straight into the next room, overburdened and underprepared, and immediately fall out of sight, Enjilo sighs and casually makes his way to the now-unoccupied doorway, pulls the collapsible plank out of his backpack and sets it over the pit. "Dakoa, do you have any rope that was can use to get these guys out of this pit? Somehow I seem to have not considered bringing any with me."


Enjilo sets a plank down over the pit.

Dakoa hits but does not bypass the hardness of the stone pyramid.

The pyramid will roll over Krixus & Flori

F@%@! How did I not see this? Garidan was under pain after falling several feet. Now he was slowly regaining his senses. He looked at Khonn lying next to him and examined him. His neck was slightly twisted. No pulse. Pharasma, be gentle. He tried to remember the past 10 seconds. He didn't remember, whether Khonn was alive, when he shouldered him. There was no time to check for a sign of life. Did I carry a corpse? Or would he have had a chance, if only we had seen the pit? He grabbed a flask from his bag and emptied it. For the pain.

And then Enjilo takes two items out of his backpack, putting them in a belt pouch, and begins making his way across the plank slowly towards the pillars, dropping his backpack on the floor just beyond where Dakoa stopped, waiting to see whether a trap would trigger, before stepping there himself.
