With the beholder's antimagic field still suppressing the fog, everyone sees as the door closes behind Atol leaving Dryrant and company in the room with the statues.
Not completely dissatisfied with how things are going, the beholder turns its eye to reveal Toffitt before firing some more rays. However, this time it goes for Glimmil while Toffitt drops to the ground again. [REF save vs. prone] It's still only 90 degrees, but it's a cone shape onto the floor except for where Glimmil & Cog are, columns F & G.

Glimmil fires some more arrows, but unfortunately they are as ineffective as those from Finneas and Atol. Cog then takes them 5' into the antimagic field.
Toffitt moves into the last bit of fog and finally an arrow from the party hits. I'm putting you in G-7. Somehow I uploaded the wrong map that didn't match the text or the beholder's actions.
The beholder fires off three rays at Toffitt before moving up the shaft in the ceiling and disintegrating a portion to the side. The eye remains open and focused down the shaft.

GM_Chris, I think I’m at I9 having cast a spell on Glimmil (Bull’s Strength) last round. ‘course I thought he wasn’t in the anti-magic beam at the time so maybe I didn’t. Either way I’m out of Dyrants way at the door.
In the hopes of giving his allies the edge in their archery fire, Atol uses the Cudgel of the Cauldron Five to cast Prayer.
”Come folks, lift your spirits and lift your arrows to the sky. We will prevail over this foul beast, I just know it!”

Dyrant escaped the door, so Finneas doesn't need to move and could take shots with his longbow. Given the confusion of play by post sometimes, I didn't want Finneas to miss out on moves this round, plus the next essentially.
Toffitt can take his last two shots soon, but I'll be proceeding once Finneas posts. The roller can be broken, but we're all stuck with the same broken machine. Sometimes it's a good broken, sometimes bad.

Glimmil also takes some shots at the beholder, but can't find his mark. No concealment for the beholder.
Atol prays for the party and, like the rest of the archers, Toffitt fails to find his mark.
The beholder turns its eye away again and the second, upper fog, returns. Not unexpectedly, several rays come through the fog. Two land on either side of Glimmil, but one finds its mark.
The game of cat and mouse continues even if it is unclear who is who.

Beholder eye rays are not spells. They are unique rays that have the effects of spells. Think of fireball turned into a ray (i.e. scorching ray).
If you're talking about you being in the fog, then I'm fine with a fellow party member targeting you.

I meant to ask a question on IM but never got to it - of how the cloud and the anti-magic were working. It looks like the fog cloud has returned and the "hole" in it only happens when the beholder aims his anti magic field at it? I'm going to simply roll some arrows, not accounting for cover or concealment, or even the possibility the action is valid and let Chris decide if it was a full round attack, or a readied action.
Glimmil continues to keep his eyes trained upward while his mind begins to run through various plans that briefly make sense to his gnome-brain.
If only we had a rope and a harpoon, then I could launch up their on a rope and ride the damn monster and clobber it with The Whomper...

I believe Toffitt can see vital spots all the time with his echolocation or is it not up.
For everyone else, they need to wait for the antimagic cone. It stays up for a full round though, so no need to ready. The beholder is using the antimagic field to suppress the fog to see people, but then has to move his eye the next round and fire blindly with the 50/50 miss chance.
The beholder digs upward and points his cone downward again to find the party and keep them from approaching.
