A white ysoki with brown points and ruby eyes enters, carrying a cup of tea from the stand just outside the Lorespire run by a feychild gnome. He has mystical tattoos on his face, one of which surrounds his left eye.

Guest spots on various data streams as a Science Technology Engineering Mathematics & Magic (STEMM) pundit, either evaluating or explaining various technical or magical topics. Does his own shows as well.
He will often provide sign language translation for a datastream he is on. For his own productions, he will offer it in both ysoki and common in separate sub-channels. He adds these at the end of production. When doing live streams, it depends on the audience and the preferences of the host.
If they can recognize a creature, they can always give at least a little extra information about the creature.

This is GM Hmm’s character. I am here as an example of what a pre-formatted PBP character might look like. I have character headers that show up in gameplay and discussion with information you might want to know. I have a fully filled out character sheet that you can see when you click my avatar. I have a bot me spoiler. You can feel free to format your PBP character in slightly different ways so long as you include all essential information, but I thought it might be helpful to provide an example.
Here is a template that you can copy into google docs, format for yourself, and then copy into the profile of your character’s alias.

Stepping forward is a short heavily muscled vesk. His face is a bit dull as though he has not gotten nearly enough sleep for some time. Outside the Starfinder Society, you might recognize him from a series of videos on the infosphere focusing on proper exercise and nutrition routines for various Pact Worlds races.
Seeing someone he is remotely familiar with, his eyes light up as he strides forward!
"Aha! I thought I recognize you Neon. Although I wouldn't expect to find you here. I must admit I associate the society with much more action than learning and teaching. I really enjoyed what you spoke of some time ago on the elemental planes and how they link to nodes within our system. It made it much easier for me to grasp without seeing it myself."
"Apologizes, let me introduce myself. I'm Ivok! Defender for the Starfinders! I must admit, I joined only recently after so many were lost. When I heard though, I told myself, 'Ivok, every thread within the Pact Worlds relies on one another. If they do not strengthen, then when the next dire threat arrives then all might fall!' So I join Society to help it make it strong once more. Since then I have been doing various jobs to help, becoming stronger myself. Some of the missions have been fun and I got to meet other influential entertainers, while some others have ..." He pauses for a moment to carefully considers his exact phrasing, "Others have taught me this is much more difficult than I originally expected."

Well, when there is a big horrible monstrosity, I go charge at it rather than take cover and shoot. Not that I have a death wish, but someone must take front line to safeguard others.
Also, even though it hurts my pride to admit this I must say, while I can try to protect those that are near, some illness now flows through me that I have not been able to train away. The effects of bleeding to those that are close to me are amplified. Both to friend and foe; I have no control. If you can use it, feel free to do so. Just avoid taking such wounds yourself.
When not going out on adventures, I do regular streams, offering advice to those looking to train their bodies to their peak! I help organize regular marathons and other events to get those out and about rather than let their bodies languish and be unprepared for times of trial.

I will admit, I've truly never been comfortable on a starship. I prefer to be able to take things into my own claws. Much harder when battling through space. I am most familiar with being a gunner. Recently I've done some work so I could help out as engineer or encourage everyone as captain.

Yes, although it seems I manage my credits poorly. I will need to resolve this before I go off again.

I actually plan to spending most of my time to train new Starfinders. Recently I realized that it is important to prepare the next generation for the challenges they will face.

Ivok sighs and gives an consolatory shrug. "Ah, no. I've done some work studying with trainers, but I decided against it for my videos. It is hard for many people to get cheap and easy access to such areas and I want to not make commoner feel that they are missing out by not having it."
"Although I did do one video on doing proper muscle training for those stuck in zero-G," he adds with a laugh. "It was very challenging to produce with even the few people we had. Was a bit long, but quite entertaining."

I have considered it time to time. I've accepted help from a number for various events, but when it comes to myself, nothing longer than a few sponsored vlogs. My producer has forwarded me some requests for broader arrangements however I have been worried though that I might not be able to meet the obligations they would require. Between the irregularly scheduled missions and the production requirements of my recordings, I'm worried I might be able to produce the same sort of content I normally do."
"Have you had trouble managing such arrangements between your travels?"

“Generally, I have two or three things in various stages of development. I will do the research, develop an outline, then just record when I have an opportunity.”
He shows you a few of the tools he uses to be able to quickly create information overlays and basic recording.
“I find that often I have the most time during the travel required by a mission. When travel time is a week or more, that gives a lot of free time.”
With a wry smile, he admits “There have been a couple of times where I had to redo the shoot because of a sudden interruption, but even with that I still can get quite a bit done during drift travel unless it involves summoning magic.”

Al sometimes "eats" rocks/minerals, too, both to examine their grain structure with their teeth/tongue , and also to add minerals high in certain compounds to their internal energy processor. They also engage their A.I. "Ruby" in philosophical debates, and will also make sure their grad student "Yang" is keeping up with her TA responsibilities.

Tell us about yourself in character! Where are you from? What was your most memorable mission and why?
You would hear the approach before you actually see their arrival - a pair of footfalls and chatter in the hallway outside the meeting room.
"Hurry up, Yang, or we'll be late. Even if I wasn't your PhD advisor I'd be remiss if I didn't remind you that 'on-time' means being early, and showing up exactly on-time means that you're late! Remember the '15 minute rule' from that freshman lab section you taught last semester? Yes, that's exactly what I'm getting at, so come along will you?"
Arriving in the mustering area shortly thereafter is a very casually dressed android with a rather laid back air about them, bearing minimal visible armament (except perhaps a backpack nearly bursting at the seams with enough rock samples and field gear that could probably be used to bludgeon somebody to death with), holding a travel canteen of hot, freshly brewed, coffee-scented synthetic oil in one hand and a data pad in the other. A small ruby-red LED is housed in the android's forehead - right where one might expect to find the metaphysical "third eye" of mystic lore. Following closely behind the android is a harried-looking but sharply dressed graduate student in her late twenties.
Nodding upon their arrival, the android puts the data pad away. "Ah, hello there! You can call me Al...2O3 - Planetary Geologist and Starfinder Mechanic, at your service." After a very brief pause, "Oh, and this is Yang Xiao, my teaching assistant. She asked to come along on a field mission here or there, and she can be a rather persuasive speaker...and so here we are. I am the first to admit that I am not the best at face-to-face interactions...fortunately, that sort of thing isn't a requirement on the tenure-track."
Rubbing their chin at the question of memorable missions, Al muses aloud. "I suppose that trip to Arniselle in the Vast sticks out the most. A lovely trip through the Drift with Captain Zhast who is a most excellently accomplished chef to boot! Arniselle had so many new and interesting metamorphic formations near the site of our mission, it was a shame that we had to return so soon after securing the area. Perhaps I'll head back there some day..." they trail off, pondering other questions in their mind, which obviously runs in multiple and simultaneous lines of thinking, almost to the point of distraction.

Notes for Hmm:
1 - I am slotting my RSP #1 "Society Renown" boon and checking box 2 of 3 in order to slot two Starship Boons at the same time. One of them is "First Skirmish" from #1-13. The other is Enhanced Shield Regeneration, to make sure we survive if we get unlucky in ship combat!
2 - I am also slotting my "Worldwide Explorer" boon, since I'm playing a Wayfinder character outside of my home region. Assuming we survive, that will earn Al 2o3 one extra Fame & Reputation for the scenario.
3 - You already know this, but I have GM'd this scenario before :P
Notes for everyone else:
1 - Because I've GM'd this scenario before, Al will assist with whatever is needed, but I won't have them step forward to make strategic decisions unless necessary.
2 - I built Al intending them to be something of a "skill monkey" / jack-of-all-trades type, especially for Starships. They can fill almost any role (except Captain - they would't be interested in that at all), so just put me where you need me.
3 - Ivok, thank you very much for using that boon! All of a sudden, Al's grad student is at +13 on Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate checks!

Though he understands that all matter is constructed from the same, basic components, he marvels at the diversity of the universe and theorizes that there must be some unifying force that provides it and the planes beyond with some communal and singular purpose. He most recent studies have been on the nature of the soul, considering whether all souls are somehow connected as an evidentiary basis for his postulated source of universal unification. “ "Greetings.” offers a tall, blue-skinned android with a largely monotone voice, as he draws back the hood on his long, black cloak. “My formal designation is: 7019090072452414749257838637412586730286754309. However, I find that the majority of beings appear to prefer brevity to precision. Accordingly, you may refer to me by the designation: 'Sev'."
"The integrated soul of this unit is at least the thirteenth soul to inhabit this techno-frame. As a result, there have been the occasional manifestations of noticeable glitch... glitche ... anomalous behavior." the android explains.
”My first comprehension of sentience occurred on Verces, where I first observed the varied interactions among organics, technological organisms, as well as augmente… altered… “ A series of twitches in the android’s facial actuators halt his explanation for a time, before he is able to resume. “…as semi-technological organisms.”
“My most memorable mission would be that in which this lifeform was integrated into another, previously homogeneous, social group—the primitive collective known as the Ghibrani Husk. Despite the differences in appearance and composition between those beings and this one, a profound… vibrant … significant connection was created. Since that time, I have generated a number of new decision and analytical subroutines that allow me to process social information and respond to it in a far more efficient manner. As a result, what some may refer to as my 'personality' was somewhat altered. Nevertheless, the entire encounter remains quite memorable."
The android pauses for a moment, though his expression does not change, he appears nevertheless to be lost within a memory. He then notes with an almost warm tone, "There was … hustling.”

Al, Antoine is correct. Thurston has clarified that Worldwide Explorer cannot be earned while online.

I'm really excited to play in this with you all. I feel good about getting another chance to play Ivok again.
Someone asked me a question though that I realized I should answer clearly so the party is completely aware. In my character introduction I mentioned that I amplify bleeding near my character. This is an actual ability I have run into on my character and unable to control it. While I have the Bodyguard feat, I will likely be trying to minimize how often I stand near the entire party on the off-chance someone is hit with bleed effects and I will likely try to keep out of range where I'm able.
I don't want this to be a surprise for anyone so the actual rule is: "When another living creature takes bleed damage within 15 feet of you [Ivok Dracusk], that creature must roll the damage dice twice and take the higher damage result."
Hopefully it doesn't come up over the course of the adventure at all (since I not sure if the party will be causing bleed damage), but since it is such an unexpected ability I wanted to make sure you all knew about it.
