Ginny is... more or less where you left her, on her boat politely explaining to someone that she's not going back to the other shore today. The disappointed person simply shrugs and goes on to the next ship along the dock as you near.
Ginny looks surprised to see you back so soon. "That didn't take long!" she comments, then frowns as she looks and doesn't see Khedri. "What did you find out about your friend?"

Iskender |

"You are going to love this Ginny. Adventure comes your way!" He takes a moment to let that hook set before he reels her in...
..."We get to go and retrieve him from the Isle of Orange!" "Pause for affect," he thinks to himself, "best we get started, Dakkar, could you be a dear and pull the lines in from the dock please?"
Iskender goes to retrieve his magical items and encourages the others to do the same.

Dakkar. |

Dakkar is perfectly capable of pulling ropes in.
"...Do we actually know where the Isle of Orange is? I feel like we're skipping some steps. Eh, if I had to stay there too much longer I'd probably end up trying to hunt witchunters in a dark alley or something, so whatever gets us moving again."

GM_Almonihah |

Ginny frowns. "They watch for ships going to that island. If we took a ship big enough to carry all of you, I don't know of a way to get there unnoticed."
She thinks a moment longer. "I could probably get a little boat there, but there's no way you'd all fit. Maybe two of you, tops."

GM_Almonihah |

"Obvious is the problem," Ginny observes sourly. "The Witchbreakers have lights on their patrol boats, and if they spot a large group it'll be difficult to throw off suspicion. Honestly, you'd be safer getting exiled there on purpose. If they caught us and we couldn't trick them, they'd probably just execute us on the spot."
"For you," she points at Dakkar, "It's a few miles, but I don't know how good they are at watching the air. It'd be a big risk for sure."

GM_Almonihah |

Ginny hesitates a long moment, then sighs.
"I have this... acquaintance. He's... well," she lowers her voice, "Not all the priests are happy with the Witchbreakers. He couldn't smuggle four people to the island, but a small boat with your weapons and armor? He'd probably be good for that. I could put you in touch."

GM_Almonihah |

"Well... I can go talk with him, but it'd probably be tonight before he could meet with you all. If he agrees. Watch the ship for me while I go find him?"

Dakkar. |

Dakkar shrugged.
"Might as well. I don't like this place. Better to get to where we're going and get it over with. Though getting out will probably be complicated... eh, it'll be an excuse to maul some of this witchtakers at least."

GM_Almonihah |

"Well, I'll go see if I can find him," Ginny says, walking over to the docks. "It might take me a bit."
Doing anything while you wait, or should I just skip ahead to meeting up with her contact?

GM_Almonihah |

It takes a couple of hours for Ginny to return.
"I've got a meeting set up for you this evening at the tavern," she says. "Anything you need to get done before then?"

GM_Almonihah |

Ginny frowns and shakes her head. "Don't think I've seen anything like that around here."
That evening at the Three Sisters, Ginny meets up with you at one of the tables. Soon after a man of the fairly human-ish species common here on Rhythes, dressed in the robes of the Bountiful Morrow comes to the table.
"Greetings, travellers. My friend," he waves at Ginny, "Tells me we have much to speak of. I am Brother Emehl. May I join you?"

GM_Almonihah |

Brother Emehl smiles and takes the remaining seat. He spends a little while making small talk, asking you about whether your visit to the Veleate has been acceptable so far and the like.
Once the server has gone, he drops his voice somewhat. "It's a dangerous thing you plan," he says, "If they catch trying to get onto the Isle, they'll likely find a more creative punishment for you than exile to the very place you were wanting to go."

Kit 'Skylark' Bridger |

If you suggest that we get exiled to the island on purpose as opposed to sneaking to it, let me know how I go about that? I'm an expert. I have been barred from just about every bar in Magnimar! Kit boasts.

Dakkar. |

Dakkar shrugged at the energetic antics of those he was travelling with.
"Yeah, not the best plan we've got, but might as well do something. Can't just maul people in alleys until we get the keys to a boat or something. Don't think boats work that way. This is an annoying place, haven't even seen any good paying work for a respectable wandering hungry dragon."

GM_Almonihah |

Brother Emehl seems a little disturbed by Dakkar's statement, but he responds, "Getting yourselves exiled would be as simple as trying to get past the docks with an arcane item. Or even casting a simple arcane spell. A single minor potion could get the whole group of you exiled!"
His distaste for this fact is clear, even though he's trying to keep himself quiet. "It should be simple for me to get you your equipment afterward. People going to the island would be stopped, but a priest bringing some extra food to the exiles? I have done it before. They wouldn't even look at what I actually had in the boat."

GM_Almonihah |

"Hmmm..." Brother Emehl thinks for a long moment. "I would say it's dangerous, but obviously any way of doing this is dangerous. I'd need a bigger boat, which might draw more attention, but... I should be able to talk them out of an inspection."

GM_Almonihah |

"They'd recognize mine," Ginny points out.
Brother Emehl nods once in agreement. "Likely it would be best for me to procure one of the Bountiful Morrow's own ships. Perhaps I can volunteer to take the next food shipment to the island, though it will be difficult to explain why I wish to go alone..."

Dakkar. |

Dakkar is somewhat surly either way, but acknowledges he probably doesn't have enough force to properly solve this in the draconic fashion of just plowing through the guard force and devastating them. He'd be up for a shot at it though.
