I ask this because some things such as Dream Counsel allow multiple people to enter a mindscape. Now consider the text of Mindscape Door:
"When you cast this spell inside a mindscape, a duplicate of the door appears next to your body in the real world. You still designate who can use the door from the real world to get into the mindscape, but you can’t prevent creatures within the mindscape from exiting to the real world."
Obviously, when the caster exists using this door, which is implicitly a real or semi-real door back in the waking world, the caster returns to his body. What about people who exit before the caster does? It seems logical they would be shunted back to wherever their physical bodies are located, but the text above appears to imply the Mindscape Door is a semi-real or real item. Might instead be teleported to the location of the caster's body.
Thoughts?

Mindscape Door does not create a "real or semi-real" door, though. It creates "one illusory portal" that is further described as an "imaginary doorway."
More to the point, consider the rules text for mindscapes under Occult Locations in Occult Adventures. "Psychic avatars" of the creatures affected "manifest" within the mindscape, which is defined as "imaginary surroundings." Their "consciousness is within a mindscape," but their bodies are in the real world.
Also note the text in Mindscape Traits:
A creature’s mental avatar has the same physical characteristics in the mindscape that the creature does in real life (the same AC, hit points, ability scores, and so on). Weapons and armor, even magical ones, function inside the mindscape.
There is thus no physical transport or travel involved. Whether by way of a Dream Council, a Create Mindscape spell aimed at drawing in an unwilling target, or a Mindscape Door, the bodies of the creatures affected remain where they were when their "psychic avatars" entered the mindscape in question.

if you read the spells involved
MIndscape Door:I4
Create Mindscape:I5 ... the minds of both you and another creature enter together....
it is just mental, not physical.

A mind exiting the mindscape out of Range(see Create Mindscape) of their body could be in trouble as it is similar to Magic Jar. Usually it's not a problem as there are very few people involved and the spell has a limited duration.
Acc'd to glorion lore there are a few permanent mindscapes, mostly housed in gold golems.

So, I'm still not certain I completely understand the interaction.
Let's assume the following:
1. A bunch of people are in a mindscape, for whatever reason.
2. Your character is also in the mindscape.
3. For whatever reason, your character casts Mindscape Door.
Now, per the Mindscape Door description, "When you cast this spell inside a mindscape, a duplicate of the door appears next to your body in the real world... You still designate who can use the door from the real world to get into the mindscape, but you can’t prevent creatures within the mindscape from exiting to the real world."
So, obviously, when you use the Mindscape Door you exit back to your body, or within 30 feet of the person you used as the original conduit to cast the spell.
Do all other existing creatures come out of this same exit, essentially teleporting them to your physical location? (I understand this seems unpopular)
If not, is a separate Mindscape Door generated near each one of their bodies, wherever they may be located in the multiverse?
If they each get their own Mindscape Door exit, can you designate additional creatures from those areas to be able to enter the mindscape?

You've just read a spell and got the concept and procedures all wrong. There are no physical bodies in the mindscape thus physical travel is impossible. The "door" is a mental consciousness portal to/from the mindscape on the astral plane.
I provided a link to Create Mindscape spell to illustrate how they work...I said, "You can also review the section on Mindscapes."
