Teaser trailer released today!
There's a LOT in the trailer, and don't think they've shown the main villain even.

I am mildly intrigued, perhaps cautiously optimistic. I liked the scenes with Punisher, but was kind of hoping they'd move beyond the previous supporting cast and give us some new people (and perhaps ones that are more comic accurate). I'll probably wait a week or two after opening if I see it in a theater, just to see what folk are saying about it.
Edit: Almost forgot, but wasn't crazy about seeing The Hand in there. Or at least what looks like them. Although they did look comic accurate.
Honestly having the Hand in there makes me feel like there's a good reason for Frank Castle being there.
also there's a rumor that Firestar will show up. :)

I wouldn't mind Spidey going more street level after all of the cosmic stuff. Enforcers,Silverman,Hammerhead,Rose ,Chameleon and Tinkerer.

Daredevil is supposed to be in it, so the Hand makes sense from that perspective as well.
Tombstone is also supposed to be in the movie.
Also, there's at least 3 actors in it who haven't had their characters announced yet, including Sadie Sink (speculation for Firestar there, as well as Jean Grey).
And someone is a mind controller based on the trailer.
So we'll definitely get new characters.
The only concern I've got is that there's too many characters, but since 3 or 4 years have passed, I'm assuming we'll get a montage of a bunch of villains Spidey dealt with during that time, leading up to his current status (getting the key to the city, etc). Speaking of which, the lady giving him the key in the trailer is Wilson Fisk's campaign manager/political adviser.
