Im not sure if it is my spectaculrly bad rolls, my build or combination of the two, but so far for the Revenge of the Runelords campaign I am in my Monk is feeling very underwhelming. Its my first time playing a remastered monk, and going Monastick Archer. I have pasted the stat block below, I am assuming I have messed up the build. The campaign is allowing free acrhetype and incremental stats. feel free to kibitz, but I cant seem to hit anything and when I do I just dont seem to hit very hard.

Why don't you have Stunning Blows? It may not be the best DC but it is basically a free rider on your flurry of blows even with the bow.
I'm not seeing much in the way of damage adds. So things like Unfailing Bow, Heaven's Thunder, Enchanting Shot , Eldritch Shot
Return Fire is broken if you have a ally feed you a ranged attack at -10, but otherwise it is meh.

I didnt feel stunning blow was worth it, Ill take a look at the other feats you mentioned see if I can swap them out in a rebuild.

I'm GMing a Monk in a SoT game. Stunning Blows doesn't work a ton (due to the Incapictation trait), but it's basically free: you do it when you Flurry of Blows. If you can get something to fail, it's a big deal. But since it doesn't cost you actions and just happens when you do something you'd do anyway, it's pretty handy.
It also lets you get Triangle Shot eventually to do 3 shots for 2 actions and Stunning Blows (with MAP not scaling until after).

Honestly I'd never waste a feat on stunning blows since it never comes up when it would be relevant.
Fighter archetype does nothing for you. Consider each of those feats a waste. Rogue for sneak attacker or the student of perfection-> heavenseeker line would have been better. I'm also guessing you didn't take gravity weapon with that ranger archetype.
You're level 13 and you don't have greater striking runes yet? Fix that asap. Honestly, I'd pick a weapon and sell the other.
Get yourself up to three focus spells so you can inner upheaval 3 times a combat. More importantly, get inner upheaval from the level 1 qi spells feat.
How much math buffing/debuffing is your team doing? I can understand feeling like your accuracy isn't that good if you're relying only on your own numbers instead of benefiting from the slew of math altering abilities that should be getting thrown around.

What is Fighter and Ranger Dedication doing? There's an archetype that does everything archery related, it's called Archer.
Also, why Wolf Stance? You will never want to spend essentially 3 actions to make a slightly better melee strike than powerful blows, because you never want to be out of Monastic Archer Stance. Same for why you have Mobile Shot Stance there, unless you're trying to do Fuse Stance memes which you're a few levels short for. Guarded Movement does 90% of what you want it to do.
Remember, Monastic Archer Stance qualifies you for any feat that makes unarmed attack, like one-inch punch and disrupt qi. Still, absolutely grab more qi spells like harmonise qi (giving you infinite out of combat healing and pinch healing in combat)
Your current issue is that you're blowing a lot of feats on things you can't use. You're perpetually in Monastic Archer Stance so look through feats that way. Lightning Swap is useless, bows always have a free hand. Both your other stances are useless. Reactive Striker is useless. Replacing all that with a noncombat archetype would be more useful, I'm guessing you're screwing yourself over swapping stances for mediocre benefits.
