I can log into paizo.com, but cannot log into store.paizo.com.

When I log into paizo.com and go to store.paizo.com it asks me to login

I had the same problem. It kept telling me that my email or password were wrong even though the forums recognized me just fine.

On the login page there should be a link to request an email to get in. I clicked that and then clicked to link in the email, and the store let me in.

Now, where are the announced but not yet released PFS scenarios? The link from the pathfinder wiki is dead and I’m posting monthly games.

I didn't get anything with my current address, but did with my old one


I'm also struggling. I've done the password reset option, but I've not gotten an email to my address. Last time I changed my address was March 2024 and I've bought products since then. I've also checked my current and previous email accounts and neither have it.


So, I did the reset password with my old email address and it sent it to my old address. But then when I went into the library for the account it has nothing and the password for the forum here and the old site is the password for my current email address, so it seems like it's a different account than my actual account. It's a bit stressful ATM. I think I'm gonna step away and come back later to try to figure it out.

I had the issue with it not sending the reset password email, but then I went into my browser and cleared the browser settings and it worked. The email came almost immediately after.

Ah, this was exactly it for me, thank you for pointing it out. I was able to reset my password from my old email address. Unfortunately, before I saw this I also created a new account with my new email address, so now I have two store accounts. Whoops.

Do you think it matters which one I keep using? It seems like the old account would be better, since it (presumably) is linked to everything I've done and purchased until now. Maybe I'll let it sit and wait for the dust to settle before trying to change anything else.
