Giving away 4 Bestiary books +

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Specifically, 2, 4, 5, 6.

I find I refer to my pdfs for the bestiaries more than opening the hardcovers, though I prefer looking at physical copy of other HC's. So, as they're not getting any actual use on my bookshelf, and I'm slowly finishing up my PnP career anyway...time to pass some stuff on to a good home.

If you live in the U.S., in the lower 48, I will ship these to you at my own expense. Preferably before October 1st, as I think rates are going up.

Ideally these go to someone who wants/needs all 4, so I can minimize the shipping costs, but let's see who asks for what. I might roll some dice to pick a final winner, we'll see.

Bonus mystery prizes. I also have many of my originally complete softcover collection; Pathfinder Chronicles, Campaign Setting, and Player Companions. Some of these I'm ready to pass on, too. If it gets to the point where you win some or all of the HC books, and we switch over to personal messages to arrange shipping information, let me know if there are any of the softcovers you are still looking for and I'll see if (a) I still have them and (b) I'm ready to part w/ them. There's too many for me to type out as a list right now...

Cheers, and good luck.

might I suggest you give them to your local library? That's what I did.

Well, I guess I'm hoping there's someone new to 1st edition who might appreciate them, or simply someone (like me) still playing 1st edition who doesn't own them but would like to.

I'll raise a timid hand here. The original 1st ed. D&D Monster Manual is how I fell in love with gaming as a small child. Beastiaries are still my favorite books in any game or setting. My group still plays in person, and we take turns GMing. Nobody else is currently interested in other systems, so these books would honestly see beloved use for years.

On the flip side, I am a person of low funds, and an overstuffed and still half unpacked home library. I only currently own the CRB, the APG, and a half dozen of the little magazine size splat supplements. For everything else, my group has to rely on online resources. If there is some other worthy who can use these books to properly complete a collection, I would bow out.

Thanks for responding. I am more than happy to gift them to you. I will follow up w/ a private message so I know your name/shipping address.

B2, Pathfinder Chronicles, Campaign Setting, and Player Companions, are all books that I currently do not have hard copies of, and have not had the cash at hand to get digital copies. Pathfinder 1E was the first Table Top RPG I ever played, and I stubbornly cling to the system.

Well, my friend, you are mostly in luck, as Sysryke only wanted the 4 hardcover Bestiaries. So I still have lots of PF Chronicles, Campaign Setting, and Player Companion softcovers.

Trying to think of the easiest way to do this...if you're not averse to the idea, we could exchange email addresses (through private messages) and figure out what you already have and what I have that you don't and you might actually want.

If you'd rather not give out your email address, you could post either here or in a private message what you have, and I'll maybe do a bunch of copy/paste for the titles so we end up at the same place. Hope that works.

Do you have anything left?

Sadly, not much from this particular giveaway. I have 8 Player Companions left; let me know if you'd like any or all of them:

Advanced Class Origins
Adventurer's Armory
Blood of the Ancients
Champions of Balance
Dragonslayer's Handbook
Faiths & Philosophies
Halflings of Golarion
Mythic Origins

If you are interested, please send me a private message asap w/ your name & address. I'm trying to get as much mailed out by tomorrow as possible, as I believe shipping rates go up on Wednesday.
