I'm confused on the english here. "On your behalf" makes it sound like it uses aid another as if it is me, but then it says or for an ally. was that just another way of saying that it can aid me instead? Does this guy get all my aid another cheese to go with it if its aiding on my behalf?
I replaced the other actions with X just to focus on the one specific action I'm confused on:
On your turn, the spiritual squire can do one of the following: X, X, X, perform the aid another action on your behalf or for one of your allies, X.

When the spiritual squire attempts the aid another action in combat, its attack bonus is equal to your base attack bonus + your Wisdom modifier.
It uses its own stats to perform the aid another action. "On your behalf" just means that it can aid you or your allies. I admit the choice of language isn't ideal there, but the language your looking for is more like, "as the master would""

Descriptive creative english can be confusing but the authors don't aim for that.
→spiritual squire:K2 PPC Armr Mstr HB 4/27/2016.
Consumes your swift action every round to move (oh my!). It acts like a creature filling a square and taking up space and having 5ft reach.
can do one of the following; 1) retrieve one stowed item from your possessions, 2) carry an object weighing no more than 10 pounds per caster level, 3) hand you an object it is carrying, 4) perform the aid another action on your behalf or for one of your allies, 5) or help one creature of your choice don armor (which then takes half the normal time).
When the spiritual squire attempts the aid another action in combat, its attack bonus is equal to your base attack bonus + your Wisdom modifier.
Aid Another: there are various kinds(combat, skill, save) but the only one would be combat hit AC10 for +2 Atk or +2 AC.
"on your behalf" means you don't have to do it, it can do it for you. It also implies it can respond to your or your allies request for help or act in your best interests without being given explicit commands. HOWEVER, given the description if the aid is needed beyond 5 ft you will have to order it to move and sacrifice your swift action.
Oh, and you are your own ally. (LoL)
it's basically an upgrade to unseen servant:C1 with more defined abilities and a minor tactical blocker (forcing a 'move by' to a 'move through').
Commentary:
hmmm... not the best buff spell out there and basically a +2 for an ally vs one foe. I don't like that it can't load crossbows, open a (trapped) chest, or disrobe/doff armor...it's the penalty of being overly specific. Unseen Servant is better for item retrieval, holding a crossbow, and reloading with a far longer duration and no need to lose actions to move it about. So I'd advise not memorizing Spiritual Squire especially past 9th level where swift actions might be needed for immediate actions and this effect consumes space in spells (like Dim Door) to move it about etc.
For 2nd Clerical buffs try: Bear's Endurance{B Con}, Bull's Strength{B Str}, Consecrate, Healing Token, Resist Energy, Lesser Restoration(always on a scroll), Shield Other(like curing at range).

Would it give the same aid another bonus that i normally give since it's "on my behalf"? I normally give +6 depending on the type of aid.
It would not. It would give the normal Aid Another bonus. Someone acting on your behalf still uses their own skills. It wouldn't be good for most of us to have a lawyer speaking on our behalf if they had to restrict themselves to our level of legal knowledge. Conversely, if you had some penalty or curse that gave less than +2 to Aid Another checks, it would still get +2.
