Barathu have hover as an adjective for their land speed, but I bet that is for their flying speed.
Trooper is an uncommon background, but there doesn’t seem anything particularly special about it. However, right next to it is Timelost, where you come from a different timeline and it has various of special things about it, and it is common. My guess is that trooper should be common, and Timelost should be uncommon.

Actually, that's intentional! Page 412 explains it:
"Hover: Some creatures, such as barathus, have a land Speed that represents how fast they can move while hovering within 5 feet of a solid surface. Hovering creatures don’t count as flying but might be able to avoid certain types of difficult or hazardous terrain, at the GM’s discretion".

Trooper is uncommon because it gives a general feat instead of a skill feat, I think. Timelost doesn't do anything mechanically unusual and is very on brand for a witchwarper.

There's also the issue with things like environmental protections still being based on armour level, despite being given to androids without armour and when armour is level 0 for a quarter of the game.
They added the minimum of 1 day way back in 2nd errata of the playtest. It still there:
A suit of armor's environmental protections last for a number of days equal to its item level (minimum 1 day).
Have they forgotten it somewhere?

The armor's level should also increase to match its grade, Tactical armor being level 5, for example. Dunno if it says that, and it could be an error, but I'd guess that is what is intended.
On the subject of armor, Armor Specialization seems to increase with an armor's Resilience value now, rather than its potency/bump to AC, like it does in PF2E. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but figured I'd mention it in case it wasn't.

Here is another one for possible errata, or at least clarification :
From the Vitality Network of the Mystic Multiclass archtype, p176 :
"You gain a vitality network with 10 Hit Points and can use Transfer Vitality to transfer up to 10 HP. Increase the maximum capacity of your vitality network by 10 at 10th, 15th, and 20th-level. Increase the amount you can transfer by 5 at 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th-level."
At 5th level, you can transfer 15 hp, but your Vitality Network is still 10 hp. I expect you should also increase the maximum capacity by 10 at 5th level.

Dargoth, It'd probably be best to direct your errata suggestion to the Errata Suggestions thread. Dividing the threads will just make errata suggestions less likely to actually be seen.
