Hi folks,
I generally play RPGs with my kids (wonderful family time where everyone is engaged) and was interested in looking at Starfinder again with 2E coming out. We did a little Starfinder 1E, but it generally bogged down due to complexity.
A quick question for you all - we tend to use DND Beyond for 5E stuff - is there a similar recommended platform for Starfinder 2E? I find that it made it a lot easier to run campaigns and I typically don't have too much time to prep.
Thanks!

It will probably be much like for Pathfinder2e. There isn't a unified one-stop for all of the stuff you will need. But everything you need is generally either free or rather inexpensive.
The Archives of Nethys should have all of the rules available. It doesn't currently have Starfinder2e on it because the game hasn't officially launched yet.
There are several character builder apps for browser or smartphone. I personally use Pathbuilder2e and will probably get the Starfinder version once it drops.
There are also several VTTs available. Many have Pathfinder2e rules integration and will likely end up with Starfinder2e integration as well. Foundry and Roll20 are the ones that come to mind immediately for me, but I am certain that there are others.

We have a lot of the PF2 tools. As the systems are compatible, adding SF2 will be mostly data entry. They are currently working on SF2 versions, that will hopefully come online soon. I am hoping for 1-3 months.
Archive of Nethys is the SRD. Being volunteer based it can be a bit behind with the lastest release. The Backlog got worse with the Remaster and the SF2 release, but I am hopefull that they are catching up now.
Starfinder Nexus is the paid version. They usually have new stuff on release day and allow looking up Feats/Ancestries/Classes/Items. But try to read a rule or make a character and you have to pay.
Pathbuilder is my character creation tool of choice. It is split into App and Webapge. SF2 integation will take longer, due to a injury and him having to make a iOS App and cross platform UI.
Hephaistos was there in SF1 and making a SF2 version no. I have no experience with it.
If you want to use a Virtual Table Tops, my first advice is Foundry. It already is, what the competition wants to be some day. It does cost for a license and hosting, however.
Even for playing at home, I would advise a VTT or at least a initiative tracker. Keeping track of conditions with varrying durations can be a bit of a challenge.
This is by no means all. But I mostly drew a line at things I personally know.

Starfinder 2e should be eating good shortly for tools and support. It is mostly just getting updated/new stuff in put as all the basic game rule stuff is already done for PF2e.
It is a chonky book though and battlecry dropped at the same time so I expect probably a month or two for everybody to have all of the things fully set but some may have had the data early enough that they likely got a jump on it so it could be quicker. I think i saw path builder was talking about September.
