Is this a misprint?

I am currently running IF Invasion and have found 2 creatures that have a speed of 20 ft land and 10 ft fly (perfect). This is a misprint right? they are Bugbears and I can't see a reason why they are so slow. but I still haven't figured out why they can fly either so. Any advice would be welcome.

I'm AFB so I can't check on their statblocks. I would assume that the base 20 landspeed is because they are wearing heavy armor.

Which book and which page is this encoutner on?

As BR says, heavy armour could account for the 20 ft normal speed. I am not sure where the 10 ft Fly speed come from though, so even if they are wearing heavy armour that part could still be a typo.

Also, shouldn't this be in the Ironfang Invasion forum?

I figured it out. They have the Nightmare creature template, which provides a 10ft fly speed.
