Did they make this focus spell more powerful?
From what I read, you can fight in this form with full ability. Am I reading this right or am I missing something?
You get physical resistance equal to level
Concealed when taking move actions. Invisible when not making move actions up and including attacking?
Move in all directions at half speed and through solid objects?
Is this right?

It looks like it is quite a bit different than the Legacy version. I don't think it is more powerful though.
I also don't think it is more powerful than other 9th Rank focus spells like Storm Lord.
Ancestral Form compares fairly closely. Ancestral Form has lower damage reduction that doesn't scale but it applies to more damage types, and you can move faster and with pretty much the same maneuverability. Embrace Nothingness doesn't have the restrictions on casting spells, using items, or making attacks and it gives the invisibility/concealed condition. But Ancestral Form is also only a 6th Rank spell instead of a 9th Rank spell.

One important note however is that unlike Ancestral form Embrace Nothingness is not a Sustained effect, doesn't force you to use one action per turn to stay afloat and lets you pass trough solid objects.
In practice I find Embrace Nothingess to be a MAJOR improvement to its legacy version in which essentially was a Monks bailout button to leave the rest of combat to their allies since Empty Body could not be dismissed and had a duration. Since with the exception of Ki-spells the Monk had no way to attack from the etheral plane to my knowledge.

Well, invisible to creatures you encounter at level 18+ who lack See Invisibility, Truesight, or a nonvisual sense for precise detection.
tbf, even with true sight and see invisibility, you'll often have the higher rank of the spell so you have the edge on the countercheck for them to see you.
Like, a Balor has a constant 6th rank True sight. Even on a critical success on a counteract, he won't be able to see through a 19th level Monk with Embrace active.

I'm suffering shell shock from recently reading through Stolen Fate's last couple of chapters. Those fey and daemons dgaf, they all get it at rank 9-10.
Monster Core, Norns aside, does tend to assign Truesight at a rank half monster level or a couple of ranks lower. Even the level 21 Grim Reaper only gets it at 6th rank.
And I don't think Truesight would actually see anyone under Embrace Nothingness. It doesn't have the illusion trait, and Truesight only tries to see through illusions and polymorphs, it doesn't inherently see invisible things getting that condition from non-illusory means.

I guess the spell really does make you become a "nothing" hence why it's not an Illusion and it grants the damage resistance on top of it.
basically you fade from existence until you move lol.
Which does make it stronger than what I though initially, cause Truesight is the more common seen "good sense" at those levels as opposed to "sww the unseen".
That said, you are still very visible against other senses except sight.
A Grim Reaper that you mentioned would easily see you through See the Unseen unfortunately.

This is true. True Sight would not see it following the spell rules.
It is far superior to the previous feat. A little power up did not notice before. It will work perfectly for the character I am using it for as she moves like the wind, a sort of storm goddess monk. Now she will become the air itself and be nothing until she moves.
