INTEREST CHECK
The premise for this game is simple.
1984 a GATE will soon open form our world to another world
Like if not in fact Golarion
The gate opens once every 100 years on 11 of June,
You are a TOP SECRET team put togiver to Pass through this gate and see if its real or fake on the other side.
Those in control of this GATE are highly secretive and the public in general have no idea it even exists. Its location is ROME, deep in the catacombs and controlled by the this group. You know nothing of them just that you have been hired to explore a new place.
What they do tell you is that 100 years before a team went throw the gate and 10 years later a man with odd ears {not from the team} came back. He was babbling words in no known language. He kept waving his arms as if things where meant to happen, but nothing did. He looked shocked then he fought he way out of the site only run off into the night never to be seen again.

You Start at NPC class Modern human 0 level
You are all HUMAN,
86 points one for one to spend, on Stats
No two states at 18 or over.
2 Feats
5 Traits {None magical magic /Ki / other kinds of supernatural stuff dose not work in our world}
You have 30 skill points to spend.
You pick 10 skills at class skills.
But not, Use magic item, KN Arcana, Local,
All the Kn you know off is Earth Kn not the others worlds.
You are profession with Light weapons/Armor
and three other weapons of your choosing.
Guns everywhere so classed as light weapons for 1h guns.
You can only carry 50lb of stuff with you.
Money for "KIT" not things like Gems Gold bars, etc, is no object.

YES this is 100% like G.A.T.E.
Levels once your in that world
we shall wait and see, depending on what you do and what you get exposed too. But you can also take EARTH setting classes like gun slinger, investigator etc that now have that magic bit working over there.
I am also thinking of letting PC go Gestalt with a Earth class on one side and GATE class on the other.

Will this be PF1E? 30 skill points is... an awful lot. More than there are usable skills, so we'd have to have multiple Crafts and Professions and such.
And when you say 86 one-for-one stat points, I assume you mean that all stats start at 0?
If I remember correctly, yes. It works out at just over 14 per ability if you want to even it out

You can add upto 3 points in any one skill.
