Hello, I have a question about envisioning mask.
You lose the ability to produce language and instead communicate wordlessly through a series of psychic projections. This acts as telepathy with a range of 100 feet, but it is understandable to all creatures regardless of whether they have a language. When communicating with non-aeons, however, your meaning is often vague and mysterious. This effect lasts for 10 minutes.
A monster with telepathy can communicate mentally with any creatures within the listed radius, as long as they share a language. This doesn't give any special access to their thoughts and communicates no more information than normal speech would.
For telepathy, the character must know a langague that the creature know ?
Is it possible to use Bon Mot or other linguistic feat with telepathy ?

The first question is pretty clear:
"can communicate mentally with any creatures within the listed radius, as long as they share a language."
So you need to share languages for telepathy. The Envisioning Mask gets rid of this requirement, though I'm not sure how useful that is when the messages are "vague and mysterious."
As for the second part, yes, you could. But keep in mind almost all the Linguistic feats/abilities are also Auditory. Now, Auditory does say "This applies only to sound-based parts of the effect, as determined by the GM", so a GM could let you use Telepathy for Auditory and Linguistic stuff.
I wouldn't allow Envisioning Mask for those though, since it specifies it's wordless communication. And with non-aeons its not even clear.
I mostly agree with TheFinish. Telepathy involves language generally. Though even the Telepathy allows for non-language communication at higher Rank of the spell.
However, if you have a telepathic connection that doesn't involve language, then I wouldn't allow it for abilities that have the Linguistic trait. Such as Bon Mot. Imagery is not precise enough for that type of shared language.
