I can't find several Uncommon and Rare options from TXCG in the boon list, please help

Hi, I'm quite new to the Society, I've been playing in it for a couple of months mainly with an exemplar, and I'm having lots of fun, but I still struggle to understand the boon system completely, the boon list doesn't explicitly says which options from a book you can have, I'm told that we have to search in the faq, but it is very very impractical ...

Anyways, this time I can't find the info I need, I've just built my next character, it uses several options from the Tian Xia character guide, spirit warrior, hungerseed heritage, and maybe I was thinking the Warded by Kami background, then I thought, it is going to cost a lot of AcP, let me check, and then nothing ...
I can't find any of this options, if I search for Tian Xia in the boon list I can only find the new ancestries and 2 of the several new archetypes... why is that ?

I'm confused, does it mean that I can't play this options in the Society, or it means that I can just have all the uncommon options as long as the character is from Tian Xia ?
That could explain why the starlit sentinel which is rare is in the list and not the spirit warrior.
Is it the same for the hungerseed heritage (uncommon)?
And what about the Warder by Kami background (rare) ?

Here's what I found when I checked the FAQ for this book.

All options are of standard availability unless otherwise stated.

Characters from Tian Xia have access to many uncommon options in this book, including heritages.
No boon is required for an uncommon option with "Access Character is from Tian Xia" or similar.

Hungerseed - the half oni - is an uncommon versatile heritage.
So you're good there, if your PC is from Tian Xia.

Spirit Warrior dedication - Uncommon but accessible via Tian Xia origin as well.

Warded by Kami - as you said - it's a Rare background, so it isn't generally available for our PCs until the folks at Paizo offer up specific access via a boon. That might happen via spending AcP or a boon earned by playing a specific scenario.

To be more specific, what allows access to Hungerseed, Spirit Warrior, and other Uncommon options in the book is the specific text in the book for each option, i.e. "Characters of Tian origin have access to the hungerseed versatile heritage" and "Access Tian Xia origin"(under the Spirit Warrior dedication feat).

If there were an uncommon heritage in the book which DIDN'T have this specific text or something similar, it wouldn't be available despite the FAQ saying that "Characters from Tian Xia have access to MANY uncommon options in this book, including heritages."(emphasis mine).

Like people have said, a lot of the Ancestry feats, class options, and archetypes have a line somewhwre that gives PCs from Tian Xia access to them.

Getting access to rare backgrounds is tricky. They're usually rewards for playing specific scenarios (like multi-table specas), incentives from Organized Play Support, or charity boons. In the case of the former, the OP team also doesn't like it when we share too much detail about rewards from specific scenarios for fear of creating an optimal leveling route or otherwise making the choice of scenarios played inorganic.
