Obviously this is not the optimal way to heal, something like a cleric with Healing Hands and Divine Font for Heal would be much better.
But this character would probably be a follower of Asmodeus.
I originally considered a cleric but with the unholy sanctification I'd only get a Harm font. Cast Down seems to be the main helpful rider, but 1d8 damage per spell level for a single target Fort save doesn't seem great. Maybe the goal is using Selective Channel with Cast Down? But that also doesn't come online until level 6.
However, a Diabolic Bloodline Sorcerer would still be capable of casting a bunch of Heal spells per day while also being able to flex into debuffs/buffs/blasting. Weirdly, this doesn't seem to offer sanctification, which really isn't a huge deal since if you're fighting "neutral" or unholy enemies then being unholy yourself doesn't really seem to help.
I considered trying to take a cleric dedication and then Healing Hands but realized that requires a healing Divine Font so that's a bust.
It basically looks like I'd get 3 (odd levels) or 4 (even levels) of max rank spells per day plus obviously some focus spells. Do Sorcerers have anything like Drain Bonded Item for Wizard to restore some spell slots?

Not really, no. But being spontaneous casters, they can cast the same spell repeatedly until they run out of spell slots.
For Heal, I have found that I don't even always need top Rank spell slots for it (Playing a Divine Witch in Age of Ashes). It is just an emergency measure to keep people away from the danger zone of dropping. Often, Max-1 Rank or even Max-2 Rank works well enough for that as long as you are using the 2-action version. Having everyone end the battle at 30% HP is good enough.
And as long as you have Heal as a signature spell (highly recommended if you are taking on the role of primary in-combat healer), you can choose on the fly which Rank of slot to cast it from.
You can also augment with scrolls, wands, or staff of healing.

While you don't have healing hands, Sorcerer have by default Sorcerous Potency, that gives +1 status bonus per spell rank to healing, that basically your dice d10 on average.
Blessed one archetype might be interesting for you, it gives you another focus spell, a healing one, as well the access to mercy feats for condition removal. Character wise you might be blessed by Asmodeus if you wish.

That does significantly help.

"However, any deity can grant such a blessing, as long as they're capable of granting a healing divine font to their clerics."
So that's out, unfortunately.

The Divine Evolution feat gives you another max rank Heal (or Harm) per day, which is very good.
And as Kyrone said, Sorcerous Potency increases your healing by +1 per spell rank as well, stackable with a Staff of Healing too.
The Diabolic bloodline is really good, and their Diabolic Edict focus spell is basically Guidance but without the 1 hour immunity.
You might want to pick up a better bloodmagic effect to make good use of Diabolic Edict, like Propelling Sorcery at level 2, which turns this into a 1-action spell to free allies (or yourself) from grapples or have them Step around reactive-strike opponents when in a bind. Don't sleep on the power of this free spell!
Also, since you're not sanctified as a Sorcerer, you are free to cast holy and unholy spells. While most spells gain the holy/unholy trait only through sanctification, a few are out there that have the trait regardless of sanctification, like Holy Cascade, Holy Light/Chilling Darkness and Summon Celestial/Summon Fiend. Holy/unholy Clerics cannot cast unholy/holy spells, as it would be anathema for them.
The Embrace the Pit spell is a waste of a class feat imo, as it's just too situational to be useful. You have Diabolic Edict already, which is better and you can absolutely target yourself with it, in case you want a self-targeting spell for some reason.
Hellfire Plume is basically the same damage as Fireball (5th rank: 8d6+5 dmg vs 10d6 dmg), even if its shape is different and range lower.
With the new Cultivator archetype (TXCG) you could even get Holy sanctification and still follow Asmodeus, if you want to I guess.
And with your bloodline's granted spells (almost all non-divine spells) you should have some good versatility - Floating Flame is a great spell. And I guess it might not quite fit Asmodeus, but using it with Chaotic Spell is a great way to debuff enemies too.

Yes, that especially is exactly what I was looking for, thank you!

Also good stuff.
