| The Total Package |
You stoke the target's ambition beyond reason, until it believes no one is capable of helping it, or that others aren't to be trusted. The target attempts a Will saving throw.
Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target treats no other creature as an ally for 1 round.
Failure The target treats no other creature as an ally for 3 rounds.
Critical Failure As failure, and the target is frightened 1 as it realizes it can't rely on anyone but itself.
How does this spell work? So if the creature treats no other creature as an ally does that mean they will randomly attack anyone?

They don't have to attack them, no. He doesn't see them as "enemies", just not as "allies". But it does completely break their teamwork.
They do not help flanking, they do not accept spells, they will not provide assistance or spells themselves, they'll probably move so as not to be "flanked" by those non-allied creatures.
Narratively, it may do more. Someone thinking that he's alone amidst enemies (the party) and non-allies that will not help him (in his mind) might as an example retreat to not be surrounded.
