An item with this trait can give you an additional Focus Point. This focus point is separate from your focus pool and doesn’t count toward the cap on your focus pool. You can gain this benefit only if you have a focus pool, and there might be restrictions on how the point can be used. You can’t gain more than 1 Focus Point per day from focused items.
Sorry guys my question is the last portion of the above, "You can't gain more than 1 Focus Point per day from Focused items". Does this mean after I use this Focus Point I can't refocus after a fight and use it again later in the day?

I think you only get the one point once. You can still refocus and continue using your normal focus pool points, but that focus point from the item is a one-time use. Edit: Once per day, if I am reading correctly.
Mostly that is because of the note of it being a 'focus point separate from your focus pool' and the Refocus action doesn't interact with this separate point/pool. The note about not gaining more than one point is to prevent having 6 Focused trait items and getting 6 extra castings of a focus spell.
This puts it in line with the Familiar Focus familiar ability. A once per day bonus casting of a focus spell.
As a note, Familiar Focus would stack with the Focused item because the familiar ability is interacting with your normal focus points and just recharges one of them rather than giving you a separate point to use.

A Cloister Robe is a worn magic item, not Armor. So you couldn't etch armor runes onto it. Edit: Reading the item farther, it also qualifies as explorer's clothing, so it would accept armor runes that can be put on explorer's clothing.
I think there are some runes that can be etched onto items now...
Some Accessory Runes can be put on items.
For armor that you find, either armor that has runes that you want on your standard gear or better armor that you find and want to put your existing runes onto it, there are the Transferring Runes rules and process.

Focused doesn't work like that (doesn't give a "4th" point until you spend it)
Instead Focused items have a Free Action to get 1 focus point for that turn only once per day.
Each Focused item is tailored for each class with focus powers.
What the Trait does is limit the amount of Focused items you can use, so you dont keep changing from one to another every time you use the (currently equipped item's) 1/day ability.
