Shielded arm

Rules Discussion

Hello, is it possible to use shielded arm with a cleric and druid dedication ?

is it an anathema ?

Thanks for your future answer.

why would it be an anathema?

metal is a natural part of the elemental world, it got its own elemental plane so all druids are fine with it

if you don't follow any particular god who explicitly says:
-don't use metal
-don't use shields
-don't transform your body

you are good to go

Cognates

Post remaster, druids no longer have an anathema stipulation about using metal items and so forth.

However - if you're using fully pre-remaster rules, shielded arm does count as anethema for druids. "Casting or coming under the effects of this spell also counts as using a metallic item with regards to anathema."

How about wood shields? One made from a beholder's eye? Etc?
