I think this just works out of the gate. You may have to reimagine some of the flavor text if you encounter something written with bipedal monks in mind. Their ancestry attribute bonuses align really well to a more agile monk but you can make whatever work with the custom bonus selection. The Con penalty is a bit rough for a melee character but not the end of all things.
The only potential frustration is that monk won't really pair well with your Anadi unarmed attacks since monk really depends on being in specific stances that sometimes lock you out of making other kinds of attacks.

1d6 piercing finesse isn't all that great when it comes to monk attacks regardless... and if you're just really enchanted with the idea of leveraging Disorienting Poison, then that just means you need to aim for a higher-level stance for your default. Take Ki strike for your level 1, take stunning fist for your level 2, and then do something like Cobra Stance at 4 or one of the level 8 stances.
Like, yeah, if you both want to have your fangs and focus on a stance that would deny you access to your fangs, that's likely to end with frustration, but it's very possible to shape your build in a way that makes that not happen without causing real harm to yourself.
You also might consider picking up Studious Magic. A well-chosen attack cantrip can do some very nice things for your overall combat flexibility, and flurry+cantrip in particular can be an excellent way to dish out the damage, especially since you can pull it from level 1. Most martials would eventually develop scaling issues with this, but as long as you take a monk focus power, you've got an autoscaling casting proficiency to work with. So since you may well want to skip your level 1 stances for Ki Strike *anyway*....
