Can a familiar with the independent and skilled abilities be a secondary caster for a ritual?

Thinking up ideas for a funky solo ritualist build.

Wouldn't be the best as the skill bonus caps around +27 and the level I'm looking at it would be +19 for any secondary checks, but that is what assured ritualist is for I suppose. But it would be able to do a planar ally or resurrect solo in only one hour.

We actually don't know what familiars are capable of doing outside of combat. It is entirely GM dependent currently.

While it's true that familiar outside of combat aren't exactly covered in the rules in any way, I would say taking part in a Ritual is a full-time job and takes more effort and time than an independent familiar can muster with its one action per round.

From a balance perspective on the game overall, Flexible Ritualist is a level 6 class feat that requires an archetype dedication prerequisite. Getting something almost that powerful as an ancestry feat, level 1 class feat, or Witch class feature is probably too powerful.

It could be houseruled to work by a particular table for narrative reasons though, or if the party is short on players.
