If a Tengu chose claws giving up linguist as a racial and received 1d3 natural claw attacks, then chose
Monk-class
weapon focus/natural-feat
Feral Combat Training-feat
the damage done for 3rd level with zero str mod is
1d6/1d6+1d3+1d3
attack/fob+natural
Or
1d3x2+1d6
nat and flurry
Thank you in advance.

From what I understand about the "Feral Combat Training" feat, it allows you to use Natural Weapon as part of your Flurry of Blows, and is not a combination of one full Flurry of Blows + one full Natura Attacks.
So you either use your Natural Weapon and get
1d3 + 1d3
or
use your Flurry of Blows (2 attacks) with any combination of your Natural Weapon and Unarmed Strike
(Note that you cannot use same hand to do claw attack and unarmed strike, but since you can use your leg to make unarmed strike, so it does not matters).

A Monk can never add natural attacks (or any other additional attacks from additional weapons) to a Flurry of Blows. It's not allowed by default, neither for cMonk or for unMonk, and there is no rule option that allows it. Feral Combat Training only adds the natural weapon to the list of what you can flurry with, it never changes the number of attacks you can make in a round.
FCT is utter garbage on a Monk, barring ridiculously rare circumstances or builds that can't in good faith be described as a Monk build.
