A celestial-blooded Nephilim Minotaur is the closest approximation of my fursona imaginable, especially as a Cleric or Oracle of Hathor/Het-Heru. She’d be quite happy offering relationship advice at an old temple somewhere in Osirion.
My longtime Arcadian character, Vibrant Huetzca, hinges on Paizo finally allowing couatl-lineage Nephilim; she’s Razatlani, a star of the boundball court famous for her feathers, scales, and devastating serve. I wanted a novel flavor for a Monk, and “Mesoamerican pro athlete” felt like a fun one.

I'm a little bit late to the party, does the Nephilim include only what was once Aasimar and Tieflings, or are the Aphorites and Ganzi also thrown into the mix?
Because I'm definitely gonna make more Ganzis at some point*, I like them a lot.
(* as soon as I get this "Natural ambition" feat out of my mouth)

Okay so I actually read the preview bits now, there doesn't seem to be aphorites and ganzi options included yet though they are mentionned to be part of the nephilim heritage. So, the takeaway is I probably won't be making Nephilim characters until my favorite chaos gremlins make a comeback.

If you have a sufficiently negotiable GM, you can probably simply be a nephilim and take ganzi feats. Leaving aside the remaster, the point of bundling the divine scions under the same banner is that so many of the feats fall into similar categories and often benefited from being options for any. Like, any of the ganzi lineages would fit alongside existing nephilim lineages, and many of the old ganzi feats aren't likely to change very much if/when they eventually get reprinted unless they directly conflict with a new version. Only other thing you'd need to ask your GM about is the randomized resistance from the ganzi heritage, since it's different from the standard.
(Actually on that note, I'm a little surprised that the generic 'gain one vision increase' heritage benefit still doesn't have any benefit for ancestries that already had Darkvision and therefore treat the heritage benefit as an empty slot. Even as simple as a line that says "if you already would have had darkvision, gain the benefits of another heritage from your ancestry instead"

You know, I could, probably, but at that point I might as well just take Ganzi as it is right now if only for the random resistance, even though it never ever goes my way.
