My Core game of Beyond the Halflight Path didn't get reported as Core even though it was specified as a Core game on RPGChronicles.
Who do I contact to get it fixed?

Bump. I never got a reply about boons that myself and other players in my games won. I noted it in Notes to HQ after submitting my last game that just finished.Still no "boon award dropdown" on my RPGChronicles site. It may be due to only using a phone. I don't have a computer.
I had a player win one in the YotSL Special & I won a player boon in another game I'm GMing.
Boons are sent out in batches after the end of the con, so in a week or two.
As for your Core game, looking into it, one of the players wasn't a Core character so the entire game got rolled to Standard. I will correct the players and reporting info.

Per the email that GMs (hopefully) should have received:
Door Prizes
Paizo has graciously offered up prize vouchers for Gameday, and we will be randomly drawing winners from a pool of all players and GMs for reported games. These vouchers will need to be emailed, so please encourage your players to fill in their emails when signing up so that we can get them their prizes when they win.
We also have a set of boons for our PFS1 players. Each GM and Player of a PFS1 game has a 10% chance to win one of our lovely boons at random. Have everyone at your table roll a d20 and a roll of 1 or 20 wins. Please select the prize won in the dropdown field on the RPGChronicles report (page 2 if you are using RPGChronicles for signups), and make sure they filled in their email addresses so we can send them out.

I'm about to report my table, but I ran into the same problem as roll4initiative. There's no boon dropdown for my PF1e game. I'll add it to the notes, but I have another question as well: Will GMs get a separate boon for running the game? I remember I had to pick between two options as a GM, and one won normally... so I'm wondering if that was the dropdown for.

Sorry you did not get that email. Hopefully thew quote above answered all your questions. Putting the boons won in the reporting notes field will get it seen by the HQ staff. For PF1 GMs, there is a choice between two boons:
A - Race boons for grippli, skinwalker, catfolk (pick one)
B - Race boons for triaxian, lashunta, android (pick one)

Would it be possible to PM people (on Paizo) if they win a prize voucher and you do not have an email for them? I am sure that people will come running to you with an email if you have a prize voucher waiting for them. :)

That's the plan, though if it's difficult to get people prizes, we might not bother :P

What do you have to do to get a replay noted? I tried through RPG Chronicles but it seemed to ignore the fact that a replay was selected so I added the player's request to the GM notes when I submitted to HQ. Was that the right thing to do?

I got it. Replays have been working for other RPGC users, so not sure what the problem is. Either way, I saw your note.

187 games were registered, split almost evenly between GM Choice and First Come First Served recruitment. 96 GMs ran the games and hundreds of players joined them. What a great turnout!
Once the last few games get reported, we will be mailing out 50 randomly drawn prize vouchers, so make your offerings to the gods of chance, and may fortune be on your side. Also, at the same time we will be sending out those PF1 boons to the GMs and lucky players.
We want to hear your feedback, so please fill out this feedback form. Let us know what you liked, and how we can improve in the future. This form is anonymous, but if you want us to get back to you, please let us know how (paizo forum message, discord DM, or email).

I finished my last game, but discovered that 3/4 of the players hadn't entered their data into RPGChronicles--I'll report as soon as they've done that.
^Similar situation; game is mostly done but I'm missing RPG Chronicles info for two players. As soon as I have that, I'll get 'er reported.
I've found that threatening to smother them with kisses works really well. YMMV

It's a bit hard to manage that remotely, alas. (Though it may be a good thing....) It was in any case not necessary, and I just reported the game.
Incidentally, the game (Tide of Morning) was Core. Based on the previous behavior of RPGChronicles, I figured I'd request that the PCs be reverted to Core status before the complaints start coming in. Let me know if you have any questions.
