I know Monks can't use regular shields and still keep their Monk AC bonus but can they still benefit with a Ring of Force Shields and keep their AC?

Can you use a stunning fist as part of a attack of opportunity?

Can you use a combat maneuver(the ones that use a single attack) as a attack of opportunity?

Can you use stunning fist as part of a spring attack?

1) I don't think so. It says that the monk AC bonus doesn't work with shields. Shields are more than just weight, its kind of a fighting style.

2) I don't see why not.

3) I don't see why not.

4) I don't see why not.

I'm not an expert on monks though.

The force field created by the Ring of Force Shield "can be wielded by the wearer as if it were a heavy shield". The loss of Monk class features happens "When [...] using a shield", since you need to use the force shield to profit from it (unlike how for example the Shield spell works), no go on the ring.

Stunning Fist must be declared before making an attack roll, and it triggers upon damaging the target with an unarmed strike (made as part of the attack you activated it for). That's all there is to it, doesn't matter how you made the attack. AoO, Spring Attack, charge, whatever.

That's actually answered by the CRB: "While many combat maneuvers can be performed as part of an attack action, full-attack action, or attack of opportunity (in place of a melee attack), others require a specific action." CRB pg. 199

By default, Disarm, Sunder, and Trip work.

Just remember that combat maneuvers will provoke AoOs if you don't have a specific ability that states they do not provoke (usually an 'Improved' feat for that particular maneuver).

If you gain the claws 1st level dragon bloodline power would a monk just get one claw attack(at -5) or both when doing a flurry/full attack?

As per the last line of the ability:
A monk with natural weapons cannot use such weapons as part of a flurry of blows, nor can he make natural attacks in addition to his flurry of blows attacks.

Zero when making a Flurry of Blows (unless they have Feral Combat Training, in which case it's the same number as what Flurry grants normally), but a Monk could of course combine a regular full attack with natural attacks as normal. When going for unarmed strikes, those could be with e.g. kicks, allowing the addition of both claw attacks. Those would be secondary attacks in that case, of course, and prevent getting the bonus attacks from FoB and Ki Pool, as well as being able to make Style Strikes.

Short version, barring very specific builds or unique situations, a Monk doesn't benefit at all from having natural attacks.

Sorry forgot to say I am playing an unchained monk....and after looking at it, it does not say anything about natural weapons.

But it does say "He takes no penalty for using multiple weapons when making a flurry of blows, but he does not gain any additional attacks beyond what’s already granted by the flurry for doing so." Natural weapons are still weapons (for class features like this one, at least), and thus you cannot add them to FoB.

What I said in my last post applies to both cMonk and unMonk - natural attacks are virtually useless.

I had a druid/monk and flurrying with bites dealing 8d8+lots as a behemoth hippo was pretty fun.

Yes, that is one of the "very specific builds" I mentioned. It requires eight levels in Druid, and has no reason to get more than a single level of unMonk, so I that's not exactly a "Monk build".
