Well i kind of wanna try a battlemage type character, one that despite being squishy as hell and no real armor proficiencies, decides that rather then throw a fireball at somebody, wants to take that same fireball and shove it in their face.
And now that i just said it im wondering if blood arcanist would even be the right archtype for that.
School Savant may be a better choice. taking the admixture school gets you versatile evocation and intense spells. Being able to change the element of a spell and add ½ your level to the damage is probably better than a bloodline for a blaster. You also get extra evocation spells you can prepare.

Honestly, I'd recommend making a Blade Adept Arcanist with the Bloodline Development and dipping into a Crossblooded Sorcerer with the Bloodlines of your choice. Your bloodline development will stack with one of those bloodlines for powers, and you can pick your other bloodline for its arcana effect.
Sure, you lose a single caster level, but you have the best of both worlds. If you want, take some VMC Magus so that you can get access to the Accurate Strike arcana (attacks are touch attacks for the round) so you don't have to worry much about hitting regular AC. You'll also pick up Spellstrike via VMC, so you can save an exploit (or retrain one later).
If you are willing to drop another caster level (le gasp!), you could take Evangelist to progress your Arcanist levels and get your BAB up a bit higher. Once you get to use Transformation, your actual BAB is irrelevant.

Blood arcanist is a great archetype for that. Not that I am saying the concept as a whole is superpowered, but the archetype is good for doing it. You can get the bloodline arcana, the potent magic exploit, and you can prepare spells with metamagic already attached. (As opposed to a sorcerer, who can't move and cast since the metamagic increases the casting time.)
What you want is the Centered Spell feat. Good bloodline choices are arcane (increased DCs and an arcane bond) orc (damage to all) draconic (damage to a specific energy type) and elemental (change energy types to another).

I'm probbaly gonna lean towards Arcane, i'm also considering going staff for the arcane bond, you know for asthetic purposes.

Orc bloodline is good for that too, with the inherent bonuses to strength. Transmutation spells for self buffing and you can really hurt things.
Or you could take the draconic bloodline and go dragon disciple. (And take eldritch heritage (orc) for the additional heinous strength bonus)
