If you're asking where Nex gets its honey from if it's so arid, they might import it from somewhere else but also bees are fairly hardy. And Nex is a country of wizards, they might just use prestidigitation to flavour everything.
Though Pathfinder does actually have a psychotropic honey, the merope made by Thriae hives, which is used to keep male humanoids docile for the Queen.

I apologize if this is rude, Laclale, but are you machine-translating your posts here from another language? This post isn't super legible.
I will say I personally have a habit of rushing posts, typing quickly and not checking for grammar and spelling.
However, I have noticed with a lot of Laclale's posts that they tend to be difficult to understand, in ways that go beyond grammar tenses and suffixes of the English language. To a point where it's very difficult to understand the basic premise of their question.
The above post is no exception.
If the situation is as you surmise it might actually benefit Laclale to post in their native language on the off chance that someone can translate.

It is against forum rules to post in any language other than English.
Is it okay to post in languages other than English?
No. Moderators need to be able to quickly read through and understand the content of posts. Lengthy posts or threads in languages other than English are not something our team is able to moderate.
I have found that a double-translation strategy often helps.
I first use a translation tool to go from my first language to the desired language.
Then I use that same tool and translate the initial conversion back into my first language. If it isn't accurate, I tweak the translated paragraph until it is.

Trashed Sugar
♫ Nex is stoned and Geb's undead
Imported my honey
From the land of bones
Just wanted to sweeten my tea and scones
Maybe I'll get hungry
Eat a ghoran instead
Or just eat Geb's wheat
Turn it into my bread
Trashed sugar! Trashed sugar!
You going to be another lost onlooker?
Nex is stoned and Geb's undead
Don't know what's up
With all these missing bees
We're facing disruption only honey can appease
Maybe I'll get artsy
Paint my honey instead
Such sweet deceit
Messing with my head
Trashed Sugar! Trashed sugar!
You going to be another lost onlooker? ♫

I've never seen that enforced (not the way have too many people try and post in other languages) and it honestly seems unnecessary to hamper people in such a way.
But I suppose it's the rules.

I am pretty confident that the "painted" honey and sugar being referenced here is the coloring of the honey. Natural pollen honey is typically yellow/gold because the pollen used to make it is predominantly yellow, but honey can naturally shift in to many different colors.
So I think the question is whether the bees of Geb are living or undead and whether that would affect the color of the honey, just like if the bees in next are collecting pollen primarily from Ghorans, would their honey be unusual colors?
I am sure this stems from the blog post about the honey couscous, and trying to get a sense of whether the foods of the Impossible lands might have strange colors and scents to them as a result of the unusual food production methods.
These are very interesting questions to consider Laclade, and I think the right answer is, "what will be most fun at your table?"
I have done a fair bit of adding big feasts with fantasy food elements added to social challenges of my campaigns and they have been a lot of fun. For example, Vidrian is a place with a lot of pineapple. My party really enjoyed learning about Tepache, and using that as a common beverage of the region with little flourishes added by local communities really helped set the culture of Umnyango.
Giving flavor to the visual descriptions of honey that is uniquely harvested sounds like a great idea to me.

Grankless, I didn't use machine translation for that. Sorry.
I'll leave a wiki page about Honey here.
