The Two-weapon Warriors 17th level class feature:
At 17th level, when a two-weapon warrior hits an opponent with both weapons, he can make a disarm or sunder attempt (or trip, if one or both weapons can be used to trip) against that opponent as an immediate action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Lets you trip "if the weapon can be used for tripping", all weapons can be used to trip as far as I am aware, could I trip with two daggers?

Nope, the trip rules make no actual mention of using a weapon:The Two-weapon Warriors 17th level class feature:

PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 201 You can attempt to trip your opponent in place of a melee attack. You can only trip an opponent who is no more than one size category larger than you. If you do not have the Improved Trip feat, or a similar ability, initiating a trip provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver.Source
If your attack exceeds the target’s CMD, the target is knocked prone. If your attack fails by 10 or more, you are knocked prone instead. If the target has more than two legs, add +2 to the DC of the combat maneuver attack roll for each additional leg it has. Some creatures—such as oozes, creatures without legs, and flying creatures—cannot be tripped. The weapon qualities clarify that only 'Trip' weapons can be used to trip: Source
PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 144
Special: Some weapons have special features in addition to those noted in their descriptions.
...
Trip: You can use a trip weapon to make trip attacks. If you are tripped during your own trip attempt, you can drop the weapon to avoid being tripped.

Likely an editor/writer not catching that "trip" weapons just let you drop the weapon when you fail significantly instead of being tripped yourself. There are also Sunder and Disarm quality weapons as there are trip weapons.
Also note that the FAQ clarifying this came out in 2011 after the Two Weapon Warrior was published, so it likely wasn't an agreed upon internal decision until 2011, and thus should retroactively apply to this ability.

Ignore everything Taja the Barbarian said, it's wrong. In Taja's defense, the rules were changed from what the CRB says.
This here is the definitiv ruling on weapons used for combat maneuvers. Disarm, sunder, and trip always use the weapon, drag and reposition use the weapon if it has the trip property, and other manuvers can use weapons if some ability makes it so.
This FAQ, in accordance with the above blog post's ruling, outright says "When making a trip combat maneuver, you don't have to use a weapon with the trip special feature--you can use any weapon."
could I trip with two daggers?
What do you mean with "two daggers"?

he mean that the ability call out that when he hit with both the weapons used by the two weapon archtype it say "or trip, if one or both weapons can be used to trip" so he talk about using 2 daggers when this ability proc.
and yes, the weapons do not need the trip ability to be used for a trip maneuver.
I myself house-ruled that the trip weapon ability add +2 to a trip/pull/reposition attempts
-As such weapons are clearly designed to somehow grab and\or trip, not help dropping them, for example a whip shouldn't be easier to drop then a sword, but it should help to trip with. (Also to be on per with blocking\disarming weapon features.)
and ANY weapon that is used to trip with, can be dropped to prevent being tripped if you fail. (but if you can't\don't want to drop it, for example when using unarmed strike, then you are tripped)

Two-weapon fighting with a dagger in my main hand, and a dagger in my off hand
You can trigger Deft Doublestrike with attacks made with two daggers, and use one of the daggers to execute the trip maneuver. Was that the question?
Deft Doublestrike doesn't say in which time frame (or action frame) the two attacks need to be, as such abilities (and rules) seem to never do. I presume it works when either attacking with both weapons during your turn, and the archetype's Equal Opportunity ability.
