I am an 11th lvl Oracle of Life but do not really like the rest of my revelations I have left.
Delay Affliction, Enhanced Cures, Healing Hands, Life Sense, Spirit boost (this one is not that bad)
Maybe I just have not seen the value in most of them. I am a machine healer / party buffer already.
So is there any ideas on what I could do from here? Can you dip into other Mysteries or am I pretty much stuck with these Revelations?

Life sense is pretty great in my opinion. Most creatures that try to sneak up on you are living, and you are already the bane of undead, so a sneaky construct is about the only thing you have to worry about. It tips you off about weirdness. If you meet someone who doesn’t detect as alive, you know that something weird is up with that person. And it helps your party fight living invisible creatures. Blindsight is a very powerful ability and this is generally that ability at will.
Enhanced cures isn’t amazing but it is a pretty solid ability. Great for when you use life link to heal all the party damage and then just top yourself off with a cure spell.

To answer your core question: no, you can’t dip into another mystery. You can dip into another class entirely, but then your oracle level wouldn’t go up.
If your GM is OK with it, you can ask to use the Retraining rules to add an archetype. If, for example, you added the Pei Zin Practitioner archetype you would lose your 1st and 7th level revelations but could get them back by taking them at later levels.
Life Sense is amazing, and Enhanced cures isn’t a “bad” revelation, though it isn’t a huge boost either.
Unless everything you are fighting is not living, Lifesense is good. Delay Affliction could potentially be lifesaving if you fail a save, though you may never need it. Enhanced Cures gives more healing which is ok. Helping Hands could be useful if you are using Skill Unlocks from Unchained.
Spirit Guide is my preferred archetype for almost any kind of oracle. You give up 3 mysteries and gain a lot of adaptability. You can even double up on the same spirit/mystery and for example have 2 sets of channel and two sets of life link. But in my experience that level of healing wasn't needed, which is fine because you can change your spirit every day. My life oracle often used the flame spirit so I could do some blasting when healing wasn't needed.
Lifesense function as Blindsight but only vs living creatures. This means you always sense any living being as long as you have line of sight. Invisibility, darkness and most kinds of concealment are ignored. It may not be trueseeing, but it is still pretty good.
Enhanced Cures is actually fairly decent at higher levels. It keeps your lower-level healing spell relevant. Spirit Boost is also fairly good because it allows you give temporary boosts when your healing spells cure more damage than the character took. The Synergy between them makes the combination of the two are better than either one by itself. At 11th level your cure light wounds will give you on the average an extra 16 HP for 11 rounds. If you have combat healer, you can be doing this as a swift action by using up 2 of your spell slots.
Unless you have been taking the feat extra revelations you have enough decent revelations even through 20th level. They may not all be incredible, but none of them are useless. If you have been taking extra revelations, see if you GM will let you retrain them.
