What is the reflex save of a Poppet familiars breath weapon?

I'm playing with a poppet as my familiar and just hit level 7, it gets a spliter breath attack but from what I understand about breath attacks those are a DC of 10 plus the creatures hit dice and its constitution mod- Something a construct familiar has neither of- Does anyone know what to do in this situation and how to calculate it?

[PFS]Poppet Familiar feat
with Tiny Poppet construct as the base creature, change Int to Wizard Table value and then Wis to Int value. Base creature saves: Fort +0, Ref +2, Will -3, so initially they're Fort +0, Rflx +0, Will +0 before ability score modifications.
At 3rd Wiz(Class) Level that's +2 natl AC, Int:7, Wis:7, F:+0 R:+2 W:-2. At 7th +4 natl AC, Int 9, Wis:9(-1). At 10th level your finally reach Int:10(+0), yay. Likely your poppet will use its Master's class save bases.

As sheepish pointed out, constructs use a base 10(+0) for missing ability scores. So this will scale purely with level as from Familiar Basics, Hit Dice: For the purpose of effects related to number of Hit Dice, use the master's character level or the familiar's normal HD total, whichever is higher. AND the ability lists the damage progression.

The DC of the breath weapon isn't an effect. That phrase refers to the effects of powers and spells that affect the familiar, like when it needs to resist Holy Word or Circle of Death.

Normally the DC does not change for a familiar's abilities based on their HD (there are several thread on this in the Rules forum). The odd part here is it is a granted ability from the Poppet Familiar feat where damage does scale with master's level. So I'd agree it could go either way in this case depending up your reading (ahh the corner cases). The strict pedantic RAW would yield (also for PFS)
