This sheet is still very much work in progress (I still need to finish adding all activities for instance), but it might still be useful and/or inspiring:
Royal Kingdom Sheet for Pathfinder 2E - ALPHA
My goal is to make a fully fledge spreadsheet that will take ALL of the work of calculating modifiers out of the player's hands. When it's finished you should be able to walk through a kingdom turn with this sheet in a couple of minutes and automatically keep track of the results of that turn.
I still have quite a bit of work to do on it, but it's been a fun way to get to know the new system and also make something that I will use when I restart my Kingmaker campaign next year.

Firstly, wow, these are looking amazing! Frankly I might even just save myself the worry and not do an updated version myself, because these are just awesome.
Secondly, and this is by no means a criticism AT ALL, but tomeric, could you please remove my name from your references to the Ultimate Campaign Kingdom Tracking Spreadsheet, as I cannot in good conscience claim any form of ownership for a project that has been the work of several primary authors as well as countless users who have found bugs and suggested revisions. I am immensely proud to be the current caretaker of that sheet, but I absolutely refuse to claim it's "mine".
But going back to the real topic, I am blown away by these. I'm going to spend a few days having a play around with them, and if you'd like I can share my thoughts?

I think "Paizo community" is a perfect description.
Still working on the sheets to make sure I know exactly how they tick (and I'm still in the process of wrapping my head around the 2E kingdom rules, anyway), but I have some ideas already.

Is anyone using Fantasy Grounds Unity VTT to run the new Kingmaker AP? I've been working on an extension to automate gameplay;
https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/1180/view
It works equally well for any of the supported version (pf2, pf1 and DnD 5e) and saves a lot of the time spent managing the meta data.
My group has been using it (for last year or so) to run an updated pf1e version of the Kingmaker AP.
We just made it into book 5/6 -- so the armies are a key part of the gameplay for the near future. Working on a second extension to help handle the Army and War actions.
