I wont keep bumping this, promise. But I'll give it another try.
I have an issue that will need tech-team attention. Im aware that the CS team are swamped at the moment so figure posting here will save them a bit of hassle in referring the problem on.
However, I'm not sure if thats what this subforum is for in the new "email us everything" paradigm. Would you rather I just email CS, regardless of their ticket queue?

Thanks Brian
For the last few subscription shipments the system has not used my assigned shipping method.
I’ve got my preferences set for USPS Priority International and it keeps defaulting to Mail Innovations. The transit time is noticably slower.
Often my orders get kicked around a bit internally and that sometimes messes with thing, but the last one was very simple and I double-checked my preferences before, during and after.
Not sure if USPS Priority is no longer an option, whether they’ve begun using mail innovations as a subcontractor, or whether the computer is defaulting to cheapest and overriding my preferences.
As I said, it’s nothing urgent but I figured you’d want to know. Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
Cheers

I do know that USPS became not an option at one point because they were not accepting packages for Australia (that is what bumped my subscriptions to Mail Innovations). I don't know if there have been any changes to allow us to restart using USPS again.

Hey, Steve. I'm looking through your orders, and it looks like our checks with USPS for current shipping costs to you indicate that USPS delivery isn't currently available to your address. I know USPS has been suspending different services to different countries over the last several years, and I would expect that is what's occurring here.
Being able to select and keep USPS Priority International as your preferred shipping method ensures that we will resume using that shipping method for you as soon as USPS indicates that it's available again.

Ah, I see. I figured that might be the problem, but didn’t realise it was temporary. Probably was a CS issue then, sorry!
There is a problem that I wonder if you can advise on?
Mail innovations international is terrible, so I’d like to use anything else (although UPS priority is probably too expensive now, given the size of my subscriptions).
Is there a way for me to tell which of the options I’m given for my subscriptions are actually options and which are listed as possible methods with a view to resuming them shortly?
Is it just the USPS option (and is it both USPS options) that are “placeholders”?
