Infernal wound vs first aid

A question
Infernal Wound (divine, necromancy) A bearded devil’s glaive Strike also deals 1d6 persistent bleed damage that resists attempts to heal it. The flat check to stop the bleeding starts at DC 20. The DC is reduced to 15 only if the bleeding creature or an ally successfully assists with the recovery.
The DC to Administer First Aid to a creature with an infernal wound is increased by 5. A spellcaster or item attempting to use healing magic on a creature suffering from an infernal wound must succeed at a DC 21 counteract check or the magic fails to heal the creature.
And
Stop Bleeding Attempt a Medicine check on a creature that is taking persistent bleed damage, giving them a chance to make another flat check to remove the persistent damage. The DC is usually the DC of the effect that caused the bleed.

Infernal wound no have a initial DC.
what would be the DC check?

I think they made a little confusion with it because either the new bleeding DC and the monster class DC are 20

So, I'd say:

1) The DC for the first aid check is 20+5.
2) The DC for the counteract check is 21
3) The DC for the bleeding flat check is 20 ( base ) or 15 ( with the aid action ).

I also fall back on the 'dc by level of the creature' for things that need a dc, but we're given. So that would imply a base DC of 20, and then the +5 from the Infernal wound, so 25.

Thanks guys.
